New Hanley Fast Food in Stoke-on-Trent

well.... we ordered from this restaurant and it said "cancelled" so i placed a order on a better place and i had a knock on the door and this restaurant delivered this food which i believed was the better one i ordered from , forcing me to cancel an order with a better place. My chicken was not cooked , chips hard , food overall cold , burger was below average , chicken didn't feel like chicken. Very bad experience will not order again.

Ordered peri peri chiken deal, they sent half peri peri chiken and also i ordered small donner kebab they sent donner and chips. Horrible food chips was very older and donner kebeb was very hard and older stay away guys from this so called takeway.

UK fast food is under new owners so the food has now got a lot better and I go here alot and never had 1 problem

Absolute rubbish, not nice food, ment to have a big parmesana got a piece of southern fried chicken with cheese on.

Milkshake was really good. Deserts were nice. Jacket potato I asked for butter they gave a jacket potato with cheese on was so dry. Chips and cheese were rubbish. Pizza was a Tesco value 60p style one. Disappointed in hot dishes but shake and desert was nice?

I've eaten bad food before so I wasn't shocked at the dog food standard meal I got but I was speechless at the fact that the yogurt and mint 'chutney' I received looked like radioactive snot.

Perfect, I was looking for a pet store to buy dog food, they gave sauce and everything, although my dog got the trots he seemed to enjoy the meal.

Terrible because I ordered at 12.30 am and eventually went bed at 2.00 am because food never arrived. Tried to ring but constantly engaged . Menu in bin I think!!!!

Shocking service. Ordered food at 8pm.. we were still waiting for it to arrive at 9.10pm. I rang to find out where it was and it hadnt even started being cooked. I won't be ordering from them again!

not happy at all will NOT!! be returning here for my custom the food wasn't hot was just warm, i didnt recieve everthing with the meal like stated on the site (false advertisements) they tried telling me that the happy uk meal deal didnt include 2 chips it was only one!! when i rang up they said it was updated along time yet on just eat it still states 2 chips if you want to get good food for the price you pay for it steer away from this place!!!!
