Called in last minute and late, to find there wasn't much left. Rather than being told what was available, I was asked what I wanted and it was all cooked fresh which meant food was piping hot. Everything cooked well and tasted good. The owners are new and were very friendly and courteous.I had used this site when it was under previous ownership and wouldn't have recommended but the new owners are trying to turn this around.Highly recommend.

Under new management, tried it today the food is amazing. The fish is delicious and also the mixed meat with chips is very nice. Chips are very fresh. My new favourite chippy in stoke, highly recommend.

Ordered on Just Eat for it not to turn up, really disappointing after waiting over an hour. Called the restaurant for them to say they have tried call me several times, which was not the case as I had no calls through from neither the driver or restaurant. Then asked if there was a chance of another delivery, which the owner was really rude on the phone. I will not be ordering from again! Disgraceful!

Food turned up cold. Missing chips and rang up to sort it. 37 minutes passed with no delivery absolute shambles. Don't waste your time

Ordered for the first time tonight 4/5/22 food not nice at all very bland no taste chips had black bits on fish was dry didn’t taste like cod sausage vile and curry sauce was about the best on it oh and fish cake yuck Must say I won’t order from here again

After calling and advising the gravy had a funny taste and being told to take it back if it's no good, I did, only to be told I had eaten half, which really is not the case, your portions aren't that generous and I did say it had a funny taste (I didn't taste it with my eyes 🙄). It was only when I pointed out the lumps and told him to taste it (which he refused) he agreed on the refund, which was pretty much thrown onto the counter by his staff.He then started shouting at me outside the shop in front of his wife and child from his car throwing personal insults in front of said wife and child. Didn't want to say it when I was closer though, odd that...I'm never to return 😂After that experience, would anyone want to?!
