Norton China in Stoke-on-Trent

Absolutely love Norton China, always get a delicious meal. The staff are wonderful can't do enough to help. Delivery always swift and food is always hot. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a good Chinese.

Sorry Norton China to give this review but it's neededHaving not used you for a few months as meals had not been good previously, I thought I would try again tonightBut It was a total let down again.Two crispy spring rolls that were soggyAlso they used to have chicken and veg inside them but are now beef and were nowhere near as niceOne beef curry that was all gloopyOne chips that were old and staleOne EF rice that was like risottoJust under £16 and not one bit of it was niceI even rang you to tell you but you didn’t seem much bothered. I should have really demanded a refund as non of it was touched.I'm wondering if there’s new management again.I Will not be giving you another chance the food was awful. I wish Cindy and her crew were still there it really was the best then

Me and my partner both had food poisoning from here🤮 few other people I know that have has food poisoning from here too will never be ordering again

Our regular saturday night takeaway now. Love the satay sauce, one of my favourites. Everything always red hot and ready on time. Definitely recommend

Always a good take out meal from here and reasonable price , Mrs j tends to have sweet n sour chicken and depends how I feel, chicken and green peppers in black bean sauce...and some fried rice . Tasty food ...nice n hot....and always fresh white rice.....nice friendly lads on the phone and behind the counter too.....well done

Just used norton China for the first time and I've got to say it's the best Chinese takeaway I've ever used ...Great food A++++

Ordered a chicken curry, mushroom curry, salt and pepper chips and boiled rice. Both curries were congealed, gritty and looked like sludge. The chips were hard and felt like they had been reheated. We tried to eat them but threw everything away and reordered from Oriental on Milton Road. We fancied a change but the difference was unbelievable, I wish I had taken a photo of both so they can use the feedback and learn from it. This is our only order so I can’t comment on the rest of the menu but I would stay well clear of the curries! I would have give zero stars if it was possible 😢

We had a lovely meal in a restaurant that has had many improvements from the new management. The food was lovely and we will definitely be returning in the near future.

Under new management and they have refurbished and opened the restaurant and takeaway. No longer all you can eat buffet but banquets available in a range of prices but also the normal menu. Social distancing and covid rules maintained, staff friendly and efficient. Food piping hot, tasted great and plenty of it. Drinks reasonably priced. We had the special hot starter for two, two main, rice and salt and peppers chips. Definitely will book again and highly recommend it.

Everyday I go and back, passing this place. To feel like to treat ourselves and stopped there with a big smile welcome and they helped us choosing meals. Price reasonably OK. Foods was brilliant. But 2 things to be mentioned.... 1 they don't do halal meat...no fish except king prawns... 2. I haven't seen the hygiene ratings on display....but Foods was very nice...we will be back...
