Persepolis Kebab House in Stoke-on-Trent

Paid £9.80 for kebab & chips. Didn’t come with chips 🤷‍♂️. Dude said I hadn’t ordered chips, £10.00, no change. For a small kebab with no chips, out of order.

I ordered a lamb kebab and it was all dried up and hard as a rock it was that hard that it was unchewable its just a waste of money . I will never try it again .never ever try from this restaurant

I normally order and when I ordered the value boxes last night they weren’t ‘value’ for money. I paid extra for salad and it was just ‘sliced cabbage ‘ and hardly any chips and the donner meat was dry like rubber and the box was tiny and normally it’s over flowing with fresh food. I won’t be ordering again Rip off and rubbery cold food

Used to be amazing and ive recommended it to loads of people... not sure whats happened of late... last few orders have taken 1hr plus to arrive and the quality just doesnt seem to be there like it used to be.... cmon percys.... u can do better and have done in the past, ill be taking a long break before ordering again....

Donner kebabs didn't smell right. Very disappointed after spending £28. The donner meat stank and went In the Bin Sure it was off🤨

donar kebab was smelly , curled up small pieces must have be old left overs!!. Not the long strips that u should get!! Along with hard chips!🤢🤢never again!

Used to really like this place for its good quality donner meat however recently donner meat has really gone down. They are using way too much fat in the donner meat compared to actual meat. Last 2/3 times I have ordered, the donner meat is dripping with oily fat and chips were covered in the oil from the fat. Sorry but thats not good quality donner meat and definitely didn't used to be like this when we started eating from persopolis. Very dissapointed as this is the priciest kebab house in stoke on trent. Prices need to reflect quality of food.

The worse food I ever had in my life. The customer service was so terrible. When food came there was no flavour all bland and some chicken pieces was not even cooked properly. When I asked about it someone who says he’s a manager did not want resolve the issue but he shouted at someone and walked off. And we did not see him. We had to pay 38£ for 3 people food all three us was unsatisfied and walked out. The food was way too over priced for the portion size. The place was cleanish but could do a little bit better. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Food quality (apart from the fried chicken) has always been spot on. But menu prices are too high and keep on rising. £7 for a burger chips and drink is too much when there's tough competition from new and upcoming businesses.
