A hidden gem, not too busy at the time of visit, very clean, good service and excellent staff, very good food and drink, highly recommend to visit, will return at some point in the future :)

I have been going to Peters tavern a few times a year since they've opened. Food was always great as well as the service. It's sad to see this place going in the completely wrong direction. On last two occasions I wasn't very impressed with the food but on our last visit I couldn't believe they served me my favourite dish with knedliky hard as a rock 😿 The taste of the dish wasn't as it use to be I would give it a 4/10. We got our money back but that's not the case when you're starving you're the only person in the restaurant you're waiting 30+ minutes to get food and it's in such a low quality and some uneatable. I'm writing this comment hoping the owner will notice and bring some changes into the business. It was our place to go to when in Hanley unfortunately it won't be anymore unless something's will get improved.

Love it here the staff are friendly and the food is really good and very affordable. The vegetarian option is very small but what they do is really good so can't complain. They have a great selection of drinks too both soft and a well stocked bar. It really feels like you are on holiday in here. A great experience. My only issue the service was a little slow the last couple of times that we went but the food is freshly cooked to order and really good so this wasn't an issue.

Excellent service and excellent food quality. Best East European dishes. I will go again as soon as possible. Excellent evening spent with friends.
