Pizza Hut in Stoke-on-Trent

Poor customer service. On entry, despite three or four members of staff standing in the bar area a few feet away, we were made to wait. A simple " be with in a couple of minutes " would have been sufficient. After waiting a few minutes being ignored, we decided to go to Frankie and Bennys next door. Much better service, won't be returning to Pizza Hut

The meal deals are really great value and allowed me to have a great meal. Staff are really welcoming and friendly. Food was amazing and the salad bar has a great selection!! Highly recommend. The group I went with are planning another visit soon!!

I love pizza hut. It's always a save bet when you are away from home. A little over priced to be honest. It's what we expect when we out of out local area. Would recommend deep pan. Lovely friendly staff when I collected. Thanks Pizza Hut

Had the buffet, great salad bar and variety. Pizzas, garlic bread and pastas were lovely. Would of been 5 ⭐️ if there was more Pineapple on the pizza and a bit more flavour.Worth the price, very clean and sanitizer is available.

Just horrible place to visit ,don't spoil your weekend there. It's all lack of education would say ,If manager itself is so rude how would you expect staff to be nice.Manager of this branch needs lots of training and learn to be empathetic. Had a bad experience last Friday instead of checking before hand by calling and speaking to manager what all available in the menu after turning up thr ,it was not available and instead of being sorry staff plus manager all making faces and mocking behind.. felt rude and unacceptable. BOY staff was eating chewing gum while serving and behaving he owns the place..Pizza was good but portion is less as compared to last times.Salad looks pathetic nothing looks fresh..

Twenty years ago it felt like a treat going to Pizza Hut. I don't get that feeling now. The food is decent, as you'd expect from Pizza Hut and the staff were friendly and helpful. But the food is over-priced and the restaurants have no soul.

Used a voucher from work. Had a pizza each. Even the picky members of the family were pleased. Lots left over to take home. The Individual deal is great.

The waiters were nice and quick. The food was good and tasty but it came rather cold. Other than that it was fine.

Haven't had pizza hut in years, we just moved to one near us and decided we'd try it. We got a normal pizza and just added stuffed crust. The pizza was SO thin. I mean it's the thinnest pizza I've ever had in my life. We did not order a thin crust, and if this is a normal pizza I can't imagine what an actual thin crust isFlavor was great, but pizza was way too thin for a normal stuffed crust pizza
