Reflex Stroke on Trent in Stoke-on-Trent

Good mix of music, drinks are fine, can be waiting a while to be served though.

Honestly one of the best clubs to go to in Hanley, highly recommend go to place! Danni is always a joy to be served by 😊

Chealse was very polite and explained very well. Great customer service thankyou. My first time visiting and I will be back

I loved the music so lovely, such a good atmosphere and amazing staff too.

Well what a quandary reflex is, as I approached the venue. I could hear popular afro beat music playing, so I thought it's worth a look and popped in. Paid my tbf low £3 entry cost, went to the bar and waited to get a drink. After 15 mins of waiting to be served at the bar that wasnt particularly busy, i felt that as a person of mixed heritage I was being ignored maybe I am that forgettable or possibly unconscious bias or very much I am not severing that guy, I don't know. Ether way I left and I definitely will not be returning.Zero star would be ideal as I gave them £3 for nothing.

Reflex is another venue in Hanley that has stance of throw somebody out before checking the person has done anything wrong. Door staff apologising to a guy after he was forcibly manhandled out because he was in pain due to ill health and closed his eyes for a few seconds. Saw him trying to find a badge that fell off his top because of what they did. They should recompense him and make a formal apology. Disabilities should not cause you to be discriminated against on a night out and better trained door staff checking on a person before ejecting should happen

Absolutely fantastic service by all staff, great music, atmosphere and fun! Friendly and welcoming environment, great to let your hair down!!!!!!

Brandon was fun, we always come to reflex and it never fails just garry the dj is very fussy about what music is playing🤣🤣🤣 still love it

I don’t normally do reviews but I want to voice how good I thought your security men were last night.I few weeks ago I was up hanley in another night club and was spiked which resulted in me being very poorly for 2 days so I was very reserved about going out last night and we decided we would come straight to your venue. As you can imagine I was alert all night and watched everyone and I must say your floor men were spot on and was watching everything and stop things before anything could happen both on the dance floor and in the toilets. People always jump to give negative feedback to businesses and positive feedback is equally as good so please could you feed this back to your security men.

Awesome place, cheap drinks/good deals. Tunes pretty epic and the bar staff are super friendly and awesome, particularly Dani, she's so good and friendly but also doesn't take any nonense which you need in a club
