Rotisserie at Trentham Gardens in Stoke-on-Trent

Choice of different meats to have a meat bap. Cater for vegan and vegetarian. Food was lovely however , when there is a group which we were. By the time you have got your drinks the food is only lukewarm. They need a better system which is quicker or serve the drinks first . Yes would go back but not in a group .

Based off food itself I'd probably give it a 4 star.. food is okay and fast if you want something quick. Can tell it's a very popular place - constant queue flowing. Got 2 hotdogs which I think are £4.95 each. Can add as much salad etc as you want though.The main reason for the 5 star is for customer service from one particular guy. There's an older gentleman who when we was there, past out menus etc as people go in. He was absolutely fantastic. Seems to be so on top of everything. From bringing over napkins without asking while we was eating, to setting up a table next to us for some mother's with babies then flying back down to hand out more menus and back down the other end helping someone else. I felt tired just watching how much energy he had! Seemed like nobody was left unattended with him! What a great guy. Not sure if Rotisserie read these comments but he definitely deserves praise. Well done!

The Rotisserie hosted my Dad's 60th surprise birthday party and did an outstanding job in every respect. The staff were brilliant, really engaging with our 3 year old and worked hard to ensure everyone had a great evening. Location within Trentham Gardens makes the place really accessible.

Ordered 3 pork baguettes, they were barely edible, in fact i took one bite of mine and didn't eat anymore. The pork was so tough, overcooked and more fat than meat and tasted horrible. Definitely lost our custom going forward, which is a shame as always enjoyed eating there.

1 star, ordered 3 beef warm baguettes, beef could of soled the shoes you were walking in. Unable to cut through or chew. Did ask for a steak knife but told not available. Other person in party had the brunch and said was nice, lady on the next table had the pork and said was nice. So maybe miss the beef. ( yes we all have own teeth and able to chew normal food 😉) So for the price avoid the beef.

Looks very good for meat eaters but the crispy veggie burger ordered came without any crispness or flavour. The advertised 'artisan' bread roll had no flavour, substance or structure and I discarded this. This came with chips which tasted of oil and we're unpleasant and onion rings which were overcooked and dry. Not very satisfying for a cost of £8.95 given that it wasn't to busy at the time.

Fresh and tasty food. Quick service. Polite staff. Beef was yummy and not chewy. Choice of breads. Help yourself salad.

I have just been to Rotisserie in Trentham . Sarah the Manager was absolutely brilliant. She made us very welcome . I booked a table for my friend's birthday. She sat us under a umbrella with a heater. The friendly service we got was excellent and the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning in the future. Sarah is a credit to your company.
