Subway in Stoke-on-Trent

It’s a subway so you get what you get nice food but my review is 2 stars because of the obnoxiously rude worker who, when I was deciding what to have, made me feel like she was rushing me because she can’t be bothered to do her job let alone put on a smile. Dark hair, didn’t get her name but not a good look for customers, actually sped ate my food just to get away from her, think she even muttered something about me to her colleague which I didn’t catch.

Easily the WORST subway in the city, probably the UK in fairness. Ordered from just eat and the food was wrong. Clearly just lazy staff who can't be bothered to do the job properly.I shouldn't be surprised to be honest, the staff are awful when you go in. It's like it's a chore to serve you. In a place full of takeaways, just go somewhere else and save yourself the disappointment.

The worst Subway ever, I made an order to get a toasted sandwich with some extras, but they sent completely wrong and they didn’t send the right drink, salad and extras, was completely wrong.

Went to subway this evening . Only one girl working there . Never greeted or smiled. Had a stinking attitude and quite frankly rude when I asked a simple question . Stood in silence the whole time whilst making the food never acknowledged anyone else who walked in. Lacked customer service . Ontop of that bread was soggy.

Tiny little queueing space, so probably don't go into the store if you're worried about social distancing at all. Good location just outside the train station, and food was decent, if not a bit dry. Pretty standard subway.

Had an order delivered which was cold, a drink missing and a sauce missing. The wedges were unbelievably soggy. I phoned up to complain but what a surprise, nothing they could do as it was delivered by uber eats ???? Those guys must he amazing with making your order as well as delivering it. Subway just passed the buck as they obviously cannot be bothered to put a complaint right. What ever happened to tje good old saying that the customer pays your wages ???? Will never have another take away from here again. Disgusting service and food.

Great coffee as that's what I had. Nice and cosy inside. A proper historical pub. Good selection of ales. Nice and friendly atmosphere and staff.

Typical subway in a historic building. Expected menu items and decent service. Always tries to get you in on your way in from/to work by train as smell of fresh bread fills whole street.

Taste was amazing.. I had went with my friends and we ordered many things like 2 different kind of footlong also we ordered sides. Nachos are superb and tasty. The way subway prepare Nachos with salsa and cheese... It's lovely and superb. It was extraordinary experience for all friends at this subway. We all went to many subways before but here the staff is good and also welcoming. Definitely I will go again To eat again. Very neat and clean place.

Went with my wife and daughter there today to eat after a long day of traveling, unfortunately we didn't get any attention one of the workers looked like she was bored and was working very slowly to make us leave. I understood. Then I asked my wife to go, but my wife was hungry. Then when it was our turn, one of the workers looked at my wife with disdain and disgust. Then when I spoke to the second worker to explain what had happened, she fired us
