Subway Tunstall, High Street, Stoke on Trent in Stoke-on-Trent

Always lovely from the tunstall shop, run by a very nice man bilal.

Nice store although there were no staff behind the counter when we got there. I felt like we we interrupting what the person who served us was doing so that they could serve us (They had been sat on a laptop in the front while another staff member was eating, I assume on a break).

Service was really fast and the lady was really polite and very friendly

The staff is the subway are shocking, rude have no customer service skills. My order was placed at 12.30 I rang at 1.55 to be told that they have no delivery drivers. The lady who answered was been rude to me and talking over me so I told her to let me finish speaking she continued talking over me. She then put the phone down on me whilst I was still talking. So I rang back asking to speak to the manager the lady who answered then said I am the manager and she laughed whilst I tried to explained what had happened. She then passed the phone back to the First Lady who I spoke to and she continued lying I said I want speak to the manager and she went the manager ain’t in today. So again another lie I requested a call back from this so called manager of theirs. Can tell these girls haven’t had proper trainning shocking behaviour. They don’t know how to speak to people.

The assistant was very impolite. Told her 5 times which I wanted and was rude. I haven't been in for 5 years and I will definitely NOT be going back.

Very stingy on the food they provide not worth the money I’d prefer to go hungry over spending any money there

Very poor food quality and hygiene standards.Bread was stale and inedible, the salads and cheese had clearly been sat for a long time.The male who was preparing another online order actually coughed as he did so, wiped his mouth with his gloved hand then continued his food prep!The delivery drivers were sat about looking scruffy and had their dirty bags on the tables that people were supposed to sit and eat.Felt more like a back street cheep butty shop rather than an actual Subway?!Would have taken it all back but we were on a journey.Never again!

The service was efficient, the sandwich was stuffed with salad so very filling although it did start to unravel, there is 1 lady who has been there awhile who is very good and the others are ok too. Overall I was satisfied with everything - except those little foot long bags are 10p!!!!
