Nicely decorated. Locals seemed friendly along with the staff. Kiddies welcome, well they were at 2pm in the afternoon. Pleasant hour.

Only nip in now and again because my brother knows the landlord but it's always friendly and situated on the Caldon canal, so what's not to like

Simply the best pub I have been in years. Great prices and the staff and the locals are a really friendly bunch. Plus they sell plum porter. Cant wait to pop in again on my way back down the canal 10/10 .

Friendly service, okay beer choice but nothing special. The beer garden out the back is a good size and accessed through a side door. This is also a good place to moor if you have a river boat.

Disgusting. They have a sign outside saying hot and cold food available. We asked for a menu to be told no menu and the food is a burger van outside. People were purchasing food from the van and bringing it in the pub to eat. The pub was busy and no social distancing. Glad I don't ever have to go again when on my travels

The Foxly is one of the most welcoming pub I have ever been to. Nick the landlord and Lisa bar manager make you feel like you've known for ever, as do the all the all the bar staff.The food is fantastic too. Live bands every weekend and a homely atmosphere all the way. Brilliant.
