Full of characters in this pub, certainly makes it a decent starting point for a night out, I've had many of laughs in here.

Landlord is power mad and extremely rude spoke to my elderly father like a piece of dirt and swear + manhandled him when he questioned what her problem was? A truly shocking unessacery experience ☹ I wouldn't recommend and I'm currently reporting to the council

Absolutely shocking service from these people. Avoid at all costs. They would let me in becausr of covid, there was room. I yold them a previous landlord was, Mr Kenny Stevens. They bad mouthed him, saying hes been dead for a while. Ssying thats got nothing do with them. Absolutely shocking. I hope someone decent takes it over. Because these guys are something else. You should be ashamed

What a joke of a pub.Ask for a half get given and pay for a pint.Ask for golden ale get given Guinness.Why they didn’t give me fosters as I didn’t ask for that either.Won’t be coming back here.

The best place to go on a Monday atmosphere is great they have karoke on and it's brilliant. Lots of different age groups and quite a few singers.

My first time going to the Market Tarven on Monday and I have to say that it's a lovely pub! Brilliant atmosphere and the people there are really friendly! The drinks are great there as well. Definitely be going there again. ☺️
