Tiger Bite in Stoke-on-Trent

Have been a regular customer of here for a few years, and just lately the quality of food has gone down bank, fast. Tonight was the final straw. £8 for a small combo kebab and this is what came. Will be using elsewhere in future!

Absolutely atrocious!!! I have been ordering from this place for 3 years plus and it has rapidly gone down hill, culminating in a order last night that totalled 28 quid going directly into the bin.Ordered chips with the curry sauce (blatantly reheated as the curry sauce was paste).Chicken kebab meat (off grey colour when bit into).2 pizzas ( to be fair, were not that bad but didn't risk because of the afor mentioned kebab meat).Chicken wings (soggy and meat still pink)I'm sorry to post this but to be honest it needs to be published.Will not order from this place again.Zero stars would be too many.

I’ve been ordering from them regularly for a few years now but ran into issues because they kept sending a really creepy delivery driver over, and I’ve rang up twice asking them to not have him deliver to my door. The other day he came and was being his usual creepy self, just staring at me and looking at me up and down. Then the large chips I ordered recently was a tiny portion.My mate has just ordered a takeaway and specified he wanted sauce on the chips, they’ve loaded it onto the chicken and there’s none on the chips so the people it was for can’t eat it, as one is a vegetarian.They were really good but they’ve gone downhill recently, had stale food from them as well. Don’t recommend them anymore, especially if you’re a woman/femme presenting

Good food and mainly o.k prices.Not too impressed with the new boxes that are being used to deliver food. Small portion of chips £2.50 and is barely enough for 1 person.. its the only size now available is one of those boxes for chips 🙄The poly boxes used to be burned and melted upon delivery and chips a lot more soggier but since the boxes arrive that has definitely been an improvement.

Never had an issue, untill ordering at 1:50am and there store is open untill 2:50am. Out delivery time was 2:30 - 2:50 .... 3:13 still nothing , the store was closed and our food still hadn't been delivered ! The driver called but sounded a little confused and I'm still waiting for my food.I tried calling the shop back to back from 2:45 and there was no answer.Not overly happy considering we have never had issues before.

I honestly love this place! It's always been my safe takeaway choice. Great student prices and loads of options. We requested extras which were not available online and we got them even though we did not have to. Delivery is always fast, and the costumer service is great. I am not sure if they have their drivers but they are very nice too! I think they already know my address since I've ordered form them so many times! Every time we had some issues they got sorted straight away. Oh and can't forget about the luxury cheese sauce, omg!

We order regularly from Tiger Bite, it has been our takeaway of choice for over 12 months or more.I have on a couple of occasions revived the food cool, but we ordered last night and it came stone cold.When ordering online it the page tells you when your food has been collected by a driver. The tracker showed that the driver drove directly past my house to deliver around 3 miles away to then come back and deliver my food... no wonder it was cold... this is the second time this has happened, i was told that the tracking dose not work correctly when i phoned up and quizzed the chap on the phone... but when the driver was outside my hose... the tracking was also showing him to be outside my house.Best part about it.... in the comments box when ordering i specifically ask for the food to be delivered quickly as i have received it cold on previous occasions.

Ordered from here a few times as I do genuinely like the food most of the time but won't be ordering anymore as there is too many errors on their part. Ordered a create your own box with egg noodles and extra chicken received 5 little pieces of chicken which isn't even enough for a regular then they sent out a replacement which was with Southern fried chicken pieces with bones, not impressed at all!! Quite a few times I've had to call because I've waited over an hour and called to check where it is and they've said they can't get hold of their driver and he isn't answering the phone?? Very bad communication between manager and employees then when he finally arrived was very rude also had one delivery driver try to open my front door and come in.

Ordered online vegetarian kebab, and pizza and mozzarella sticks. Was delivered cold. The mozzarella sticks had gone firm. Had the heat pizza up in microwave. And kebab had salad so couldn't be heated. It wasn't at all nice and sadly threw it away. This was our first time trying and will not use again or recommend to anyone.

Ordered this through Uber eats. Wouldn't serve to my dog. Usually a fan. Not sure what happened tonight. Stone cold, even though arrived quickly. No salad or sauce as requested.took a few bites and binned the rest. Will never use again...............................................thank you for the prompt response Craig@tigerbite. I am not sure what you would like me to email. The photos and comments say it all. The order was prepared less than an hour ago. I would speak to your staff to find out what is going on and ensure that you improve before you lose anymore customers.
