Love this place . Great value great service and excellent staff. Good chips. Excellent quality and value. Had chicken kerbabs in box with chips and salad recommend.

I have bean to this chip shop twice and yes the food is just as standard as any other chippy,and yes I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. As a paying customer I work up and down the UK and eat in many eastablishmemts, the service I received was not only just not acceptable but was disgusting as I was not a local I had bean in the shop more than 10 minutes and didn't even get acknowledged. 2 other customers who clearly was locals received very excellent service. As a customer I noticed this and voiced it to the staff where then they got extremely abusive and had arrogant behaviour towardsthe situation. I will never eat in this eastablishmemt again and will advise everyon to avoid this place as your custom isint appreciated and would rather support a business who takes pride in all there customers

This is joint number 1 chippy alongside High lane , it's kept its roots in what they do best,Fish n chips , very rare I eat every thing ,but I know it's pukka because cheap oil repeats on me,,There's alongside High lane does not .Dead friendly ,they know Thier locals , card payment is available too ,

Absolutely fantastic food and serviceOrdered a big bulk order Saturday for a moving in party..gave them a time food was already got it to the venue still piping hot..all guests all praised what fantastic fish and chips they were and will use it as there number one chippy from now on.Thank you so much

I've not been to Stoke for so long. Not been able to fly into the UK from Germany for 20 months.. and a few years before that I used to work there regularly. I always stayed in Endon or Leek.. and a compulsory stop on the A53 was this brilliant chippy.... great food, friendly staff and good prices. Loved it. I am glad to see it's still thriving. Best wishes ..I hope I will be able to get back one day.

The staff were nice and friendly. The fish was big, golden and delicious. The chips were also delicious. They also use paper bags to put your food in so it's better for the environment. I will definitely go there again.

Food was lovely as always only this time I added an extra note as it was my partner's birthday to see if they could do anything to brighten her day. They left us a lovely gift voucher inside.Amazing value for money as portion sizes are great! Best chippy in Stoke-on-trent! We will definitely be back very soon!Thank you very much guys!! 💙

Best fish and chips I've had anywhere the batter is always perfect especially on the battered sausages and the curry sauce is so much nicer than any other chippy I've been around here. Delivery is always fast and food is always well packaged can't recommend this place highly enough.
