Aladdin's Indian Dining in Stratford-on-Avon

Food was ok. Definitely nothing special but actually we were put off by the incredibly over familiar staff. A lot of people have said how polite they are etc. but they spent so much time at our table asking all sorts of strange questions, giving us their full life stories while we were trying to eat. Constantly tapping our children on the heads and pretending they were going to be thrown out if they looked at their phones at the table.Like I said, average food and a very strange bunch of waiters. Felt really awkward. Won’t be going again.

Great food, attentive service, pleasant ambience. Never been there before, will definitely go again. Recommended.

We were staying locally and fancied a takeaway. It was Saturday night and very busy. We hadn't phoned through so placed our order which took 35mins. Not bad at all. We had a drink across the road while we waited.Best Indian takeaway we have ever had. And we've had our fair share!Totally recommend 👍

Great meal & service. I live in E.London and regularly eat out on Brick Lane, this comfortably matches and beats many of the restaurants there. Really good quality and delicious food, I was pleasantly surprised by this in fact. The restaurant is well laid out with plenty of space between tables and is very clean. My wife is vegetarian and according to her it was the best range of veggie options she has had an eaten in a very long time. It is well worth a visit!

Amazing food, and excellent service. A special shout out to Tony, who was brilliant and charming. Can 100% recommend.

Best curry I have had! Everything about the food was perfection - fresh and flavoursome. Service was good, efficient, but did seem rude. We were in, fed and out within 50 mins!

Absolutely wonderful meal!! 2nd time at Aladdin's this weekend, because the food is so delicious! We were remembered and warmly welcomed and were offered excellent recommendations. A fantastic way to bookend our weekend away!

Please don't be fooled , I went to stay at local hotel and voted to go for an Indian local , having checked the website it read good reviews and apparently the chef owner was cooking , I was delighted that he does cookery shows .it was a Tuesday evening at around 6.15 Pm , three or four tables of four so not busy they did the normal trick when entering the dinning suggesting a table by the window , so it looks busy from the road side .I ordered the Tandoori Platter at 11.50 / rice / .Was super surprised when it arrived to the table within 8 minutes from taking the order , steaming hot .I was slightly supicious and my gut feeling was correct not only did he have a faint smell , of old chicken it also was so dry the meat was black inside . To be honest it was the worst Indian I have eaten in 25 years .The waiter came over as I was taking a photo and asked was every thing ok , I explained and told him I was in the Catering . High Level catering !He went to the kitchen and asked for another platter and sincerely apolgized said its because on the weekend its so busy , they cook in advance ..... but hold on it was Tuesday so ... the chicken drums and the thighs have been cooked in a plastic container in and out of the fridge since Friday .... nearly five days ..OMGAnother platter arrived some 15 minutes later small thighs cut up , and drum , as you can see in the photo it was raw ... I just lost appetite and decided to cut the losses and ask for the bill .Awful Meal , RAW chicken to which I will report my finings to the environmental health Department . My findings are from my own personal experience . I have lots more photos , but think ones says enough .

Went for a meal on New year's Eve, it was busy but to be expected i guess. All in all the food was excellent and service was good. Will go again.
