Balti Hut in Stratford-on-Avon

We have been to the Balti kitchen tonight - fantastic! The food is amazing and we were looked after very well by the staff. We stopped off en route back to our home near Liverpool and stayed at a local hotel we read reviews for the Balti kitchen so thought we would give it a go, we were not disappointed- thank you for a fabulous very well priced meal and friendly atmosphere.

Arrived in Stratford upon Avon, quite late.Saw this place was open and requested a table for 5, at 10pm, we were told that they were going to close at 11pm.Opted for mains only.2 x Exotica, Lamb cooked in a mild mango chutney sauce.Chicken Saag, chicken and spinach,Imli chicken, chicken in Tamarind sauce.Desi mix. Lamb, chicken, seekh kebab and prawns, in medium spicy sauce.Accompniments, plain nans Garlic nans and rice.Very generous portion size and very reasonably priced.Only slight constructive criticism is the nans are a bit on the small size, 2 of our party had to order an extra nan each, however, the.se were prepared and delivered very quickly.The food was all delicious and the service was excellent.Highly recommended.

Had an incredible vegetarian meal here while visiting Stratford. The curries were flavourful and delicious, the garlic naan was tender and fresh, the service was incredible and the prices were super reasonable!

Tried for the first time and very disappointing. It took two hours to turn up, we chased over an hour after placing the order to be told 15 minutes, we then called again to be told it had left and would be ten minutes at the most. 20 minutes later it was delivered, the food was cold, Nann bread under cooked. A real shame as had high hopes but won’t be returning.

Went here on Sunday night and had a great meal. Old school curry house with good service, and the food was excellent. I had veg madras for my main meal and couldn't fault it. Also even better when I got the bill as proved to be fantadtic value for money. Thanks again for a great meal/time.

Came here with my family for a meal during our weekend stay in Stratford. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious and lovely presentation Excellent service will definitely come here again when we visit .The tandoori hot wings were sooo good 👍

Food was nice. I had a lamb Pathia and Keema Naan. Good flavour and responsibly priced. Restaurant is quite small but it's in an old building. Cobra could have been colder. My colleague had chilli chicken which looked very good.

Excellent tasty food and helpful staff. The dishes were nicely presented, freshly cooked and very generous portions. I had the special biriyani, highly recommended. Thanks.

Great little restaurant. Very pleasant staff who are friendly and happy to help. I asked for a recommendation as I wished to try something different and after running through my preferences for spice and heat a dish was recommended. It turned out to be brilliant. Chicken Nawabi. The waiter came back on several occasions to explain little bits about the meal and to make sure I was enjoying it. I went back again several weeks later and was immediately recognised and welcomed and yes, I had another recommendation. It's good to be treated as a human being and not a number. Well done guys.
