Always love Carluccious, wherever I am. The staff are friendly, the food is lovely and they have decent sized napkins! Good quality too.

My first time at Carluccio's but I found the found the menu overpriced for what I got. I didn't enjoy my meal, it was rather bland and tasteless. I thought I couldn't go wrong with a giant profiterole but it didn't taste good at all. Will not be visiting again!

After having a horrible experience or non experience at the Dirty Duck (down the street) we stumbled upon Carluccio’s and was pleased surprised! Walk ins accepted without fuss and service was efficient and timely. Had the trio vegetarian lasagna which was excellent but the portion was too big :) (first world problems I guess) The table also ordered a Chicken Milanese which was also very good Crispy outside and still succulent inside! An excellent experience after leaving the Dirty Duck. Thank you Carluccio’s !!

Thank you Monica, your team leader and all the guys for making my daughters anniversary such a fantastic night. Found a seat outside and went in to order. Waited 5 mins to get to the front of a queue only to be told by a member of staff that 'someone' would come out to take our order and I couldn't give my order of three coffees to her. I returned to the table where we sat for at least 10 minutes, no-one came out to take our order or even acknowledge that we were there, so we eventually left and got much better service at Mcdonalds around the corner!! No customer care, will not return or recommend.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Waited 15 mins to place order, to be told that at 10.30 they had no pannetone. Boxes & boxes were stacked for customers to buy !!!!! So, ordered 3 drinks & pancakes for granddaughter. 15 mins l8r pancakes came but no drinks. After another 10 mins we asked for bill. They did however say that pancakes were complimenary & we left to find somewhere else to have a coffee. Yes, it was busy because of xmas market but that really was ridiculous.
