Absolutely the worst takeaway experience I have ever had in my life. It took two hours to arrive. When it finally arrived not only was it tepid, but they had got two of the orders completely wrong. I ordered a vegetable curry and ended up with a tofu curry which wasn't even on the menu. I wouldn't have minded so much but it was completely inedible. The sauce was obviously just mixed powder and hadn't been cooked properly so just tasted powdery. The rice was one solid inedible lump.We also ordered the vegetarian yang and ended up with meat, so we were overcharged as the meat costs more and we are all vegetarian!The sweetcorn soup tasted overly sweet but as if it had loads of artificial sweetener in.The black bean had zero vegetables whatsoever.And to top it off, what little I did eat gave me food poisoning!£40 to wait around with very hungry, tired children and end up with the wrong food and inedible, unsanitary food. They only took cash so no chance of a refund!I would recommend this only to my enemies.

Best Chinese takeaway in the area. Food is very good each time I order. My advice is to order in advance to have the food ready for your preferred collection/delivery time because they are very busy.

Beautiful food and excellent service - always with a smile. 🍜Tried China Hall after turning my back on Southam Kitchen (opposite) due to appallingly bad service from the jumped-up wench behind their counter. 😠China Hall couldn't be more different in terms of service. They're efficient, polite and always greet you with a welcoming smile. The food's great, too ! 🤗Looking back, I have no idea why I ever went to China Hall's competition across the road. The difference in service is like chalk and cheese. ✏️🧀If you want great food with great service - go to China Hall and avoid Southam Kitchen. 🤔

We ordered a delivery to.... a canal boat. Thought this would be an issue but no problem. Food delivered quite quickly and we were not disappointed.Food was fantastic.If we're ever back in the area and fancy a Chinese then we know who to call.

Went there last night to order take away, it was packed with people, and with a good reason. We just ordered 3 boxes of fried rice & noodle, the staff handled our order with care and courtesy. From the waiting area, I could see partially the kitchen and the kitchen staff who were preparing food in a rapid pace in an orderly fashion. They were with hats and in some kind of uniform. The size of the aluminum foil box is smaller than what I am used to in Calgary, Canada but nonetheless filling enough for us 4 adults. The food was made to order and was tasty. The order area and waiting area of this place is well lit and cleaned well. I recommend it to others.
