Costa Coffee in Stratford-on-Avon

Great fast service. Been to many Costa's and always find the service is slow. Lovely & clean, friendly staff

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Usual price as it’s a franchise. Some seating outside as well as inside. Impressive Tudor building. Some on street parking around the corner (though it is limited). Good location to take a break.

One of the cutest and quaint buildings to house a Costa’s cafe franchise. Sun-facing so we sat outside, sipping a cortado, and taking in the sights. The only downside are the smokers standing around our table expecting me to passively smoke!

Lovely coffee once i got the chance to sit down and drink it but the queue times are horrendous, staff are so slow, some just seemed totally clueless. The woman serving me was quite obnoxious, when I asked her if my daughters babychinno could be made cool so she could drink it straight away she snapped at me and said ‘we always do anyway’. The guy who made it clearly doesn’t have children as he served it to me in a porcelain cup, I said my two year old would smash that in seconds, so he asked another staff member to get me a takeaway cup. This person disappeared for 10 minutes and the queue was getting bigger, he then came back with the wrong cups so had to go again. It was just a shambles, all the tables were untidy and dirty from the people before, not good especially during covid times. Staff need training.

It was what you'd expect. Not brilliant coffee and certainly not what a coffee nut such as myself would usually go for. It fulfilled a need in a crowded town. Coffee #1 would have been better but being from South Wales I forgot there was one in Stratford. Whitbread never had a brilliant reputation for beer either. Funnily enough Brains brewery of Cardiff own coffee #1 but do a better job.

Always a great place for a nice relax, lovely atmosphere.

Really clean, they could do with slightly bigger premises as it’s busy with people as the service was friendly and quick. It’s old beams and windows let the history of the building, think if they were able to expand upstairs or into the property beside them. However top class service and cleaning, the minute someone left they were over cleaning the table.

A lovely Costa! A very classic Warwickshire front building with seating inside and outside.The hot chocolate was ace! But the muffin was really dry and bland and quite pricey too...The hot chocolate made up for it though
