Ordered food: was told 25 minutes waiting time: said that was fine. Waited 30 mins: someone came to take our order. Told him we had already given it: he could find no record of it. Told us it would be another 25 minutes. We left.

Nice cafe, lovely staff and the best Latte. Newly reopened and better than ever.

Recently visited with a friend and her daughter, the staff were very friendly and attentive. It was clear they have great relationships with the regulars as a lot of customers were on first name terms which I think is a really lovely personal touch. I had a small breakfast and a latte both were hot and brought out quickly, the sausages were especially delicious! I will definitely be returning.

Went here for lunch, after liking the cafe I was happy it had re opened, boy was I wrong. three main problems:1) We waited over 30 minutes for food,2) I ordered lasagna with garlic bared all I got was a obviously microwaved lasagna just put on a plate with no care and no garlic bread, and it was the blandest thing I had ever had,3) my father ordered a sandwich and it came as was completely the wrong order on the wrong bread and the only reason we didn't send it back was because we were so hungry at this point we didn't want to wait any longer. It wasn't even a busy day so they have no excuse for this shoddy service.

Good customer service from Steph, but that young lad with blonde hair and glasses really needs a lesson in customer service. The way he spoke to us and other customers was shocking. No service with a smile, just miserable. He’s really put a downer on my day because of his mood. I appreciate that it was a very busy service, but that’s no excuse to be so abrupt and dismissive. If you don’t like the job, leave. The food was average at best. We both had fish and chips. Not worth 10.50 in my view. But, nevermind, it’s filled a hole. We aren’t local to the area and this seemed like a nice friendly cafe/deli. For the most part it was, just that one person brings the team down.

My wife and her friend ate lunch here recently; they had homemade soup and the chicken pepperoni and cheese panini. 'Thoroughly recommend it!' they said - and the hot chocolate with coconut milk was incredible.

This a cute place for breakfast. Very comforting and lovely service. Just what I needed to start my day off in the right way!
