Duck on the Pond in Stratford-on-Avon

The food and the service was absolutely amazing. Would like to thank the young chap and lady who were serving us as they were so pleasant and professional. Needless to say we will be returning 👍

Great pub, dog friendly. We had the burger which was great. Only criticism is there were no sandwiches on the menu so it was a main meal or nothing.

Hands down the Ham Sunday Roast was the best roast dinner I've ever had. It look a little longer, but staff very apologetic and lovely, and it was so worth the wait. Couldn't fault a thing and the duck decor is adorable

The best Sunday roast dinner I’ve had in a long time. Ample meat, veg and potatoes. Didn’t need to book and were served by very professional and polite staff. Highly recommended!

1 problem here....., it's so good we have to go back. 😍We arrived without a booking and the kitchen was closing. Thankfully we weren't turned away, the steak was cooked just as I wanted and my wife said her food was equally as good. Staff were friendly and service spot on...... Thank you 👍

Had a lovely meal here on Tuesday 11 October. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. Everything home made,beautifully cooked and presented. We were so impressed we booked our Christmas get together there as well. Well done keep up with the lovely service and food 😊

This place is brilliant I love it, I really do. Beautiful decor and soon to be refurbished.Friendly staff and beautiful food.I currently enjoy helping a singer songwriter to do open mic here. Helping to provide a bit of entertainment at an excellent pub in a lovely location.I've had a massive Sunday dinner here and it was great. Thank you.

Moved to Daventry in November from Wales and hand on heart this is the best Sunday Roast I have had since moving. Enjoyed it so much last Sunday we drove back out today for another. Fantastic service from all and lovely setting. Highly recommended.

We went here on a lunchtime, The staff were really friendly and helpful, the food was lovely and plenty of it, I love onion rings and theirs were delicious, the gin and tonic made us smile, not seen it served like this before quite novel.We chose this place because it was on the eat out government scheme we passed 2 other pubs on the way to this one, we have been to one of the others before but we were really glad we went here, we had a quick service, we got there early by the time we left they were very busy.
