Fortune Garden in Stratford-on-Avon

Ordered on food hub called up after hour to see where delivery was to said address said was on way. Half an hour later it turned up tried charging extra because they went to a wrong address proceeded Ring up while driver was here they put phone down rang again to tell them we have gave the food back as we weren’t paying extra for something that wasn’t our fault. The man on phone told me he will call police because I made a complaint won’t Be using them again both driver and man on phone where aggressive and rude.During this they said they tried calling my number which was wrong as foodhub you have to verify your mobile number yet no one called said we put wrong address but showed driver the address which was the one we asked where the delivery was. Absolutely disgusted by there’s service and attitude. Yet still wanted to charge us the extra. Never will we give there again always something wrong when we do try ordering with them

Do not order from here! Beef chow mien had 2 small pieces of beef in, chips were disgusting, food was cold and delivery driver was begging for a tip after charging £4 delivery within 3 miles. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

Food here is awful, waited hour and 45min for the food for it to come and be cold, chicken balls that we ordered was pink on the inside, my partner ate couple of them without realising so we through the food away, so we rang to complain and the person was rude down the phone and didn’t even apologise, absolutely shocking awful, don’t recommend this Chinese to anyone

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, my food was uneatable so spoke to them in a respectable manner, luckily I recorded him laughing saying we have many complaints but we still do well. 🤦‍♂️ I'm in the process of putting recording on social media, Absolutely shocking

Very expensive chicken curry egg fried rice and chips £18.3 pieces of chicken in my chicken curry far too many onionsChips were absolutely disgusting not even warm threw them in the binMy first time there having my food delivered will not go there again

Not at all impressed with this place. Ordered via the website at 7pm. Rang at 8.20pm to query where our order was. Was met with a dumbfounded member of staff who said he couldnt find the order but then back tracked and said it was on its way. Food arrived, almost cold, at 8.28.Advise anyone to order elsewhere in future, we will be.

Delivery was okay but food was no pleasant. Ordered for 3 people and we all said the same the food did not taste as should wierd taste of all the food like gone out of date taste . All had to go in bin unfortunately. Im gutted as was was family meal..

I ordered a takeaway on Saturday 18th April 2020. It took more than 3 hours to arrive and when it did it was stone cold not to mention we were way past the point of wanting food. I asked for some money back to which they just said no. I received no apologies for the lateness nor for the fact when the food arrived it was inedible.I never write bad reviews but the quality of service has left me feeling that I have no choice.I will never order from them again and I will make sure anyone I know never orders.

Unfortunately very disappointing. Delivery was 90 minutes late due to restaurant being busy but there was no communication, I tried to call but got no answer. I had to call supermeal customer services who eventually got through and said it would be delivered within a few minutes, which it was.There were four extremely hungry people waiting for food, even with this we threw more away than we ate, very bland food almost unpleasant to eat. We usually save any leftovers but tonight they went straight into the bin.I do not usually leave reviews unless I find the service 5 star, this time however I found it so bad that I had to leave a review if only to ensure I never order from here again.
