A real treat to have a quality sausage in a decent bread roll. The pickle was delicious too. Excellent service and spotlessly clean.

Highly recommended by humans and dog. Delicious treats, excellent coffee and first class friendly service. Dog treats even came on a saucer! (Only one treat in the picture as 4-legged had already sciffed one by the time I took the pic)

The upstairs of the restaurant is exquisite especially if you can sit by the window. The Bacon Huffkin is very nice with smokey bacon but not salty, perhaos because it was smoked over beechwood. The butter was especially good with this sandwich. The staff are amazing, great welcome food service, friendly. The whole environment is clean, sanitised and efficiently cleared. The almond croissant is very fresh, just baked and very very good. Slightly sweet, and more than enough for one person.Loved it

Popular place for breakfast and afternoon tea. Check out their wide selection of pastries. Cotswold bakery since 1890!

Rude staff member informing everyone card only payment even though no notice informing people! 3.50 for a small choc éclair which is not fresh cream .Woman quite rude when I declined to purchase the cake because of the inflated price a definite Tourist trap !

Loved it. First time here. Nice staff. Can order on line (at your table) if q is big or legs are tired. Nice selection of food and cakes.

Lovely little place to stop and have a tea and cake..Only think I can say that I think they can improve on is taking the ceiling curtains down and giving them a good wash. Apart from that it's a brilliant little shop.

Had a couple of sandwiches and what was supposed to be three cakes from here today. The sandwiches were chicken and bacon, although the filing used was very wet and had the taste and consistency of a mass produced premade sandwich filling you'd expect in a tub from Asda. Two of the cakes were stale and the third was a minute slither of the end of a lemon drizzle cake supposedly.Another example of the marketing promising family run, home made, etc and instead just delivering supermarket standard products.

Paid 45 pound for afternoon tea and two milkshakes . Milkshakes tasted awful no flavour at all. When we ordered these before they used to come with strawberrys and cream on the top , nothing like what we where given this time. Afternoon tea was extremely disappointing with tuna mayo and egg mayo not even any salad in the sandwiches. Nothing like how they used to be when we've been before . The only nice part was the scones .i wouldnt have minded paying the price had it been worth it but felt like I wasted my money

COVID-19 précautions were very clearly displayed. Also as we walked up to Shakespeare House, it was on our way, it looked very clean and had indoor seating area, then we were very disappointed to find it closed when we went back at 4.30 pm to have tea and cakes.
