Plenty if space to walk round. Food over priced. Description on packaging always makes products sound way better than the reality.

Very small selection of Plant Kitchen, is Stratford still in 1999?

i bought some yogurt and when i got it home i noticed it was leaking bit i didnt think much of it, but when i put it on my breakfast it made everything ave an incredibly strong metallic taste, i took it back and they said the warranty had been voided by me opening the product and they couldn't help me. never going here again incredibly untrustworthy.

I know it's sale time but the sale clothes looked a mess - no colour or size coordination and creased clothes on hangers. It looked like a charity shop. I wanted a pair of black office trousers and, after trying 4 pairs of varying styles, decided that size 10 short straight leg (I tried on the regular leg) would be best but none available. I then decided to buy a pair of leather gloves at full price so went to the tills but there was no-one there to serve. 2 other people were also queuing and when 2 girls did appear neither of them apologised for keeping us waiting. I'm afraid they seemed like typical Saturday staff just there for the money who lacked customer service skills - no wonder M&S is struggling. Such a shame as we don't want to lose another High Street store

The store itself is lovely. The cafe awfull. Service lady behind the till. Lady was blonde was extremely miserable. Very slow service. Then the lady delivering the food was hilarious how loudly she shouted out the number. It felt like we were in Joe's cafe

I'm 6 feet 5 and, amazingly, I can buy trousers to fit. However, having arms like a gibbon, the shirts are a no no. Nice store, nice staff, BUT!! Beware of dithering women looking one way and walking the other , or standing in groups, gassing and blocking the aisles!! Pretty awful cafe; slow service and the Americano (it was just called "black coffee" when I was young) is like maids water. Avoid.

Don't feel they r stocking and selling appealing clothing. Food Hall appealing well stocked good selection. Would not buy pork pie with egg In from any where else. Special offers are worth buying.

Really helpful member of staff (didn't get her name but helped update a credit note after a part purchase). The till did not want to play ball but the member of staff's patience and politeness was a credit to her and the store so well done M & S. As this was my first visit to Stratford in 20 years, happy to go back again and definitely go back to the store.

Such a lovely location and a very nice well set out internal store, that has kept the building as fitting in with the rest of Stratford so well - and that takes a lot for this well walked home of Shakespeare

I visited the food hall, buying salad chilled soup & yoghurts. I was served very quickly by a very nice member of staff. I then had a coffee & my favourite cheese scones in Stratford! The staff were Rose , Alison and Sam, as always they were very friendly & efficient! Then I bought a pack of pants from the underwear dept. My experience of shopping in this store was a pleasant experience. Well done M&S Stratford upon Avon!
