McDonald's in Stratford-on-Avon

Terrible, drove there 27/7/22 22.45 10 mls to the 24hr drive through Stratford on Avon to find cones in front of the drive through. Walked around to be told they were doing maintenance , use the one in the town (found this to be a lie) Went to town centre, long wait, when I mention it, they said I could of gone to drive through, I said I did, they sent me here, heard them saying between each other, that's because they have no staff? Received my order after what seemed ages and left, door locked behind me 23.45 ish, wrong order, couldn't get back in?

Went for lunch on a Saturday. Sat inside as it was a very warm day . Ordered food which to be fair was pretty quick. As is was so busy down stairs we went upstairs. Which was surprisingly not very busy. Now the food . Big Mac meal , Brown lettuce, Bread not fresh , Fries cold . Plus they have got smaller. My good ladies chicken burger, cold also fries stone cold . Milkshake was nice ,Summing up . Waste of money. Never again.

If your ordering via the app, don't expect it to be quick! It's actually quicker to go via the drive thru and order. We parked up in the order bay, notified via the app to say we were there, and cars that arrived way after us at the drive thru, had ordered, got their food and left by the time we got ours.

Today I ordered a vegetable salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber and onion). I was given a box of lettuce and one piece of tomato. I went to the checkout. The cashier and the administrator dug their hands in the salad and finally agreed to redo it. After 10-15 minutes I get the same lettuce and one piece of tomato with a huge bunch of white onions (not for salad) on top. Lettuce and tomato remained the same (I remind you that the cashier and administrator were digging there with their hands). I've attached a photo.

On more than one occasion this branch has been disgusting. 40 minutes for food in a fast food restaurant. Bizarre. When I could finally collect my order the girl serving had such an attitude she knocked my drink, spilling it. Half the items I’d paid for for my family were missing and the staff just don’t care.Second time, again, thirty minute wait. Still not acceptable. Chicken nuggets were cold and hard in the middle, had to go home and revive them in the air fryer for my sisters to eat. Shocking. Somebody outside complaining of mouldy bread. Seems like an environmental health issue.One in the town centre is great but further away, this branch needs a serious management overhaul and the staff need an attitude adjustment.

Took my mum after a hospital appointment...she's on crutches ....she loved the experience ( she's 83)The guy that was cleaning outside saw her and arranged for us to drive through the drive through road to pick her up easily so she didn't have to walk so far . He was so very kind.

Waited 40 minutes in a q to get my order, when I finally got to the window to pay.....my Amex card was declined 3 times. Very disappointed. Appalling slow service. All these cars polluting the area, not at all good and rubbish from McDonald's on the Birmingham Road.

Called in for breakfast, located by a canal a short walk from town. Always great value and service.

Fast food? place is a joke, waited 25 minutes for my simple order and the only reason I got my food at all was because I had to ask for it. The only reason they do any business is because they have a drive through otherwise it would have closed a while ago.

Waited an eternity in the drive thru (again), then had two boxes of nuggets instead of one box and a burger which I only noticed at home (after waiting so long I just wanted to leave!). Food itself is okay, but the speed of service is unacceptable. Not only for the customer, but during peak times its causing traffic issues on Western Rd/Birmingham Rd, where customers choose to block traffic to wait, rather than go up to the Audi garage and turn around. Anyway, if you want Maccies, want what you ordered, and don't want to wait forever, go to the one by the hotel just off M40 J15 Warwick!
