Must-Go Chinese in Stratford-on-Avon

Come to this Chinese often as the food is always of excellent quality and the staff go above and beyond to give great customer service

Ordered from here and when it came the chicken was brown and we had hairs in our 3in1 meal.Absolutely awful would not recommend in Stratford , you’re better of having a microwave Chinese and save your money.We complained to the workers who were extremely rude to us and offered me no form of settlement for the issues we faced and hung up the phone in my face.Would definitely not recommend this Chinese in the Stratford upon Avon area.

£9.90 for meal deal number 7. Detailed as BBQ ribs, spring rolls(2) &chips. 2 half naked ribs, spring rolls like cardboard and a poor portion of chips. Poor value for money. Very disappointed. Other orders adequate but meal deals not good value for money and food pretty tasteless.

I see all these negative comments and feedback. This was the 1st time I've been to this place I had egg fried rice. It was good. Also I had BBQ spare ribs. The meat 🍖 fell off the bone and wast tender. Very nice. If I had read all the negative comments on trip advisor I wouldn't have gone. Glad I didn't read them...I went and the food was good. I'll go there again and again.. thanks for the great food.

Food quality is bad. We ordered 5-6 different dishes and all were bad, only the chicken balls came good. Must go Plata was absolutely joke, old chicken, naked ribs, everything was super greasy, disgusting really. Chow mein Noodles were overcooked and stuck for the box, obviously premade and left in the boxes. No chow mein flavour to the Noodles whatsoever and tasted of starchy noodle water. Noodles in other dishes were one mass congealed blob. Wouldn't recommend!

Always order the same dishes because they are very good, spring rolls aren’t as good as they used to be, too much bean shoots. Friendly service and always accommodate our usual amendments. Partners birthday tonight so,...don’t forget the prawn crackers please 🍤🎂🍗🥟⛩🎆🎉👀🤗😜

no idea why this chinese has had any 1 star reviews !! this is the best chinese i have ever been too, it’s a go too with my family every time we have a takeaway, have loved every bit of food we have had and will always continue going here, no problems at all and amazing staff too, great food definitely recommend !

Worst Chinese in Stratford. Ordered food last night for takeaway, gave me the wrong meal twice. Food was cold, and over priced.Checked my bank statement earlier and they charged me £2.50 more than the price they said it was. No wonder he didn't show me the screen on the card machine.AVOID AVOID AVOID 🤬🤬🤬

Just had a take away Chicken Omelette. Burnt omelette, no onions in omelette, chips burnt. Tried to rip me off for £3.80 for onions in gravy? Gravy? Hit and miss, sometimes OK. No point complaining was offered a free takeaway last time which they didn't honour

The first time I ordered from here it was amazing as our usual Chinese dont deliver we thought we would try here. But the 2and time it was horrendous. Chicken balls were undercooked and my order was wrong. So thought we would give it one more try being 3rd time lucky.... but we was wrong. Waited 1hr 45mins for delivery and when it came it was wrong. The chicken had gravy over it again and was frozen. Tried calling back numerous times but wouldn't answer the phone. Avoid at all costs
