Nando's in Stratford-on-Avon

What a great evening.Great atmosphere, great staff & great food.Being old school I placed my order at the till.I will be returning 😍🐔🐔🐔🌶️🌶️🌶️🍽️🍴👍

If you like chicken, you can't go wrong with Nandos and this restaurant ticks all the boxes. It has been a while since I've been here but you can now order your meal via their online booking tool, through a scanned QR code on your table. Easy to order and food was quick to arrive. They've appeared to have an updated menu, with more veggie and vegan options, which appeals to my partner

Went to Nando’s last week and received my meal 10 mins later than everyone else on my table. This was sorted very well by management online and I was given a 10 pound gift card. Went into Nando’s today to use it. Everyone on my table received their order 20 mins earlier than mine. And I finally got my meal when they had finished with barely an apology. They then proceeded to clear are table when I had just started eating. Don’t want to come here again.

Very big thanks to Harry and Holly, from a 45 minute wait turned into a 5 minute after speaking to Assistant manager Harry and Holly , as we had our mum who was on crutches and had traveled from afar , much appreciated.

Food was pleasant but some of our order was missing . The waitress kept coming to remove empty plates etc even though we were still all eaten and there was no need as there was plenty of room. Just felt like we were being interrupted all the time whilst trying to enjoy our food.

Unbelievable experience in Nandos today! We have been disappointed of late by the one in Shirley and Solihull, but not today. Staff were welcoming and explained about ordering via the QR code - waitress helped and said if we struggled could order at the counter. Food was ready in what felt like minutes, piping hot - honestly couldn't say enough good things about our Nandos experience there! They have restored our faith and we will be returning!! 🙌

Never had a dud Nando's, didn't.yave one here either.Really friendly staff here, great atmosphere. Food was cooked really well.Left my phone on the table and a member of staff came and handed it to me immediately.

Usual Nando’s food, but very dirty restaurant. The table was not clean, the booth had splatters of what I hope was yoghurt. The booth has a glass panel, and both sides were equally dirty so I don’t think it was just our bad luck, and the restaurant was not full. I’m sure they’re facing staffing issues but this is a management issue - the manager should walk their restaurant every day and be happy it’s clean and hygienic. Disappointing.

Fino pitta didn't taste the same as usual and the ice tea was horrible and I'm guessing sugar free.

Came here on a sunday evening and unfortunately instead of letting customers know what they have run out of when giving them the menu, they let customers try to place an order to then tell them what they want is finished. Thia happened to me on two of my choices.Other then that the was was hot and tasty as always. Staff friendly enough. Not the cleanest with bits of food visable on the floor under tables.
