Pizza Express in Stratford-on-Avon

Always a good choice and now they have lots of vegan options too. Plus, the app gives you bonuses worth having.

We visited here in January and the food was brilliant. We were served by who I can only assume is the manager based on the different uniform. He seemed very impatient with us, like he didn’t have time. We had to ask for cutlery which seemed to be a chore including condiments. The vegan nourish bowl was missing 3 items and we politely asked why - we were told they’d sold out of those items… but surely this should have been mentioned when we ordered?Overall our meals were delicious just a shame we received bad service.

I understand inflation, but there was as much meat as a teaspoon. Lasagna is practically all the cheese and sauce. Literally leftover meat mixed with sauce. The price does not match the meal

We ordered a delivery for collection. They failed to give us one of our dishes, didn’t check the order when handing it to us, and didn’t take any details down so had no way of contacting us apparently. Called to complain and refund our missing food once we got home, we drove 20 minutes to collect. We were told to come back. It was 9pm at night, we were hungry and just wanted a refund for our missing food. We were told we had to ring back in the morning as the manager had just left. We’ve called back this morning for our refund to be told it’s impossible and all that can be offered is a free salad. We’ve been told a refund can only be done in cash (we paid via card) and they’re basically saying they won’t refund us the meal that we paid for and didn’t receive.

Really nice atmosphere. Food great, although a little slow to come out of kitchen. Friendly knowledgeable staff

We arrived the day before delivery day so they were out of several things but we still enjoyed our pizza. The waitress was lovely. Very polite and attentive.

Delicious pizzas. Had a great time with family and friends. Hannah who was serving us was really lovely and helpful.

Lovely pizzas and very attentive staff. I hope Pizza Express stick around because nobody does pizza quite like them. Chicago may have the thick base pizza pie, but in Pizza Express we have the Pizza Pancake, and it is delicious!

This was the first of 2 Pizza Express restaurants we visited in 2 days (using vouchers earned from Tesco points). I gave this 4 starts because the service was slower than the other one. Still, good food as always and a lovely atmosphere.
