Very picturesque venue, staff were excellent and friendly. Large selection of alcohol avliabke and the food was exceptionally good. The locally sourced steak was devine. My only slight criticism would be the limited amount of starters and deserts (2 when we visited) and the mains were a little on the pricey side. However, I would go again.

This is our second visit to Riverside this was for Mothers Day the staff are so nice x friendly nothing is too much trouble. The food was delicious x served hot, the outside where the the children can play x adults Sir x have coffee it's a plus plus thank you.

Lovely place and well presented but felt rushed throughout our visit - probably due to the staffing issues currently faced in the restaurant industry but all the same did hamper our experience slightly

We went to the Bar as the Restaurant was closed. I'm sorry to say that the attitude of the staff were rude and impolite. When I ordered, the staff was cold, later laughed with her colleagues (I think he's the manager), mimic me to "thank you very much" - what's wrong to say thank you very much for your service?? I'm Chinese and wore a mask... not sure if this is the reason but I just don't think I deserved this kind of attitude!Then when the food came, the other staff purposely wiped the tartar sauce on the plate and pretended to move my glass, so that the sauce was all over my glass!I know it may only be me, but the more I think about it, the more I felt that they were purposely made us uncomfortable.Although the food is good, our experience was not pleasant at all.TBH, the floor staff don't deserve to serve in such a beautiful site!

Love this place, second stay here. Relaxing, good facilities, and the wonderful taxiboat into Stratford, with friendly staff. We stayed in the glamping 'Beehives' but there are also ' Snugs' which are equally as comfortable, with electric, fridges, and decking with table and chairs. Fabulous stay 👌

What a great place to visit. With crazy golf for the kids and bars on 2 levels with a really relaxed restaurant. The grounds were fantastic too, with an outside bar for those sunny days.

Lovely spot on the river. Fantastic views. Very romantic. Nice food. 2 function rooms. Good for weddings and other special occasions. Very different style to everyother bar and restraunt. You can get a boat ride into stratford centre and back. Loved it. We're booking for our wedding.
