RSC Rooftop Restaurant in Stratford-on-Avon

My sister, my mum and I had afternoon tea here. The staff were very attentive to start with, the chef even came out to place a mini 'happy birthday' cake topper on one of my mum's cakes, after she was told by a member of staff that it was her birthday, which was sweet. We'll be back, thank you!

Fantastic location, fabulous food, and friendly staff. Treated us (my 11-year-old and me) with kindness and respect. Well organised staff and well-cooked food. Great menu and good value for pre-theatre. Relaxed atmosphere and welcoming environment. Highly recommend.

They do sell decaf coffee, although it’s basically boil in a bag hot water. Apparently it was my fault for ordering decaf. Decent sandwich mind.

Excellent quality meal. Staff were exceptional, very helpful, pleasant and attentive. All food was very well presented and excellent quality and taste. Also, and most importantly, the restaurant prices are very very reasonable in view of the location. Would definitely recommend as a great start to an evening when attending the Theatre.

This was our first trip to the town but as we had read about this restaurant, we decided to visit. The views are lovely and the food lovely quality, its a proper meal though, not a snack (there is a cafe downstairs for a light lunch).The staff were welcoming and attentive which made our visit all the more enjoyable, “Abby” has to get a special mention as she was super friendly, offering advice on where we should visit on our trip.

Took my granddaughter who is 8 there for lunch. The children's menu was very good and excellent value compared to the adult one which was expensive for what you were served.Having said that the food was very nice and we had a great time together.

Beautifully cooked and presented food with masses of flavour, served in a lovely restaurant overlooking the river. Very tranquil setting and attentive staff ensured that we were on time for the theatre performance without any sense of rushing us

Me and my mum have an annual trip to Stratford upon Avon, we always book a table here, and we've never been disappointed. Beautiful, well portioned and delicious food and the staff are always so friendly, knowledgeable and polite. We order from the pre-theatre set menu which is reasonably priced considering the standard of the food. Can't wait to come back.

A nice place to spend some time (and money) before the show. The service is friendly and rather swift, the food tastes good and looks so. I'd gave them 5* if they had a longer menu, and the servings were bigger, or prices - lower 🤗
