Septimus Pub Company in Stratford-on-Avon

Stopped by for coffee. The young staff were very pleasant, nice cup of coffee too. Only complaint was the seating arrangements. They had mostly picnic tables, not all of us oldies can swing our legs round to sit down and a lot of us need back support.

Nice position near the river, staff very friendly, you have to order on their app which is a bit annoying but service was quick. Prices a little steep but you are paying for location and ambience. Good place for a drink or bite to eat.

Where do I start? Positives 1st. Lovely location. Then the negatives. Order by app. Tips included. Dreadful service. People arriving after got served first. We only wanted 2 glasses of wine. 20 minutes! We would have upped and left but they had our money. Rip off joint. Be warned.

Just had ice-creams and drinks here with my partner (in the take-away section) and we were not allowed to use the loo! Instead we were told the toilet was ‘only for restaurant customers’ and we had to use a public toilet in the nearby car park. We spent over £12 to feel like second class citizens! Not impressed.

Fast service and kind staff but tables are sticky and dirty. They need to be cleaned more regularly.

We only went for drinks in the garden. Service via the QR code was prompt. The restaurant and bar is in a lovely setting on the river bank. The restroom really let this place down, really messy and tired, doors don't lock etc

Myself and my partner came for lunch back in September and I have to say the food and service was amazing. We have planned to come again very soon, and recommended to friends and family since. For the price and quality of the food you can’t go wrong in such a beautiful location

I love this place.We ate at this restaurant several times and we were satisfied.Food fresh and delicious.I think they have good prices.They do have a great variety of drinks.I love their cuisine because I can eat something healthy.It is a place with a great view of the river.You can find a place inside and out.The service is very nice and they really go out of their way to please customers.The manager is very polite.A fantastic place for me and my son to have a drink and to eat something healthy.Thank you for your hospitality.

A great place in the heart of Stratford upon Avon, close to the river with beautiful views. Excellent food and service provided by Lucy in particular who was very attentive ...

Lovely location, we were greeted at the gate by a very polite manager who found us a table sat us down with menus and made sure to make us laugh. We ordered some burgers with chips, food was very nice portions were massive. A lovely waiter (Michael)took our order for drinks and food and took the payment at the table. Food arrived after 30mins which we found to be excellent timing especially taking in consideration how busy it was. Before arrival we have read a review where someone stated it was unorganized, and I can honestly say this is totally different to the experience we had. Everything seemed to run smoothly. We will be definitely coming back and we would definitely reccomend. 😊 thank you all
