Lovely pub lunch. Friendly staff, great beer. 100% recommended. A proper local pub.

Pleasant place for lunch. Warming fire as you go in, friendly atmosphere, smiley, helpful staff. I had home made Chicken Kiev - haven't had it for a long time - very tasty without being too garlicky. Fish and chips were good too apparently. The others didn't want pudding - shame! I'll try one next time.Lovely meal again today - smaller size scampi, chips and peas. It left room for a hot, juicy apple crumble with ice cream. Delicious!

A lovely friendly pub that served exceptional home cooked meals. The staff, and particularly the landlord, were friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit.

Great pub, excellent food , lovely staff

The new landlords are doing a brilliant job of running this village pub. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and all the vibe you want in a local. Proper pub grub, well poured pints and a nice roaring log burner. Their roast dinners are great and definitely generous on the portions without sacrificing quality. If you live nearby or visiting Stratford and want to experience a proper country pub, I would recommend you make a visit. Keep up the good work, we loved our visit today

Absolutely amazing service , a really warm, friendly and professional welcome... We had the Christmas menu and every course was delicious....Our friends live near the Snitterfield Arms and booked the table , we will definitely be returning and highly recommend this great pub restaurant 😀 ( there was also a puppy in the bar , whats not to love )

New landlords are excellent. Super friendly and hyper conscious about food and drink quality. If they carry on running the pub with this amount of passion its going to continue to be a first class place.

Cozy little pub, very family friendly, very welcoming in general. Food menu was imaginative, although flavours were a little underwhelming. The chips were triple cooked heaven though. Would happily return with more family for a long afternoon...
