We rang on the off chance they had a reservation for an early Sunday lunch. We had the dog with us. The food was good and catered well for gluten free and veggie. Will definitely go back.

Quiet rural pub , friendly staff . We had a lovely lunch . . Proper chips and a great burger . Dessert was of the specials board, rhubarb and ginger panettone add aglass of wine. . perfect !! Don't pass without trying you won't be disappointed

Lovely and warm in the bar. Good pint of guiness and a great place to chat. Have eaten here a few times and each time the food was good. This place will always spring to mind when we fancy a quiet drink or food.

Lovely Sunday lunch. Plenty of choices and good portion sizes. Great atmosphere, tables not too near to each other, so plenty of room. Parking accessible and friendly staff. A great place to eat in a pretty Warwickshire village.

Stopped here en route to the lakes from Kent, it's a good halfway point, really close to the M40 and a much lovelier place to stop for lunch than the motorway services. The staff were really welcoming, it's dog friendly and they have great vegan options on the menu, which is why we chose to stop here. We had a really delicious lunch. We'll visit again.

What a beautiful pub, food was fantastic ( chef, I haven't had chips as fantastic as these were today since I was a kid and mum made her own !), The staff were incredible, so accommodating happy to converse with us ( no monosyllabic staff here ! ) The inside of the pub was gorgeous, warm , old country styling and cosy. Will most definitely go there again.

Nice country pub, happy to serve us walking in with no booked. Plenty of room to sit outside despite a party having booked under the tent.Food was tasty and beer was cold.
