The Bell in Stratford-on-Avon

We had such a great time at the bell pub Stratford on Avon, found it on Google close to where we were staying on Holiday The food and beer was great and a great price. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We would recommend this pub for friendliness and food. Lovely atmosphere.

Very bustling for a Wednesday night.. which I suppose is good. The young lad who gave us table service was a star. Couldn't be any more helpful if he tried! Food was good. Prices reasonable. Clean. Bright. A good place for a birthday celebration

Great food and really reasonably priced menu. We thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday roast and the service was great. Would definitely recommend this place and come again. Although the place was a bit busy Max who was waiting on our table was very attentive to us.

We went here for dinner on Saturday night and was our first time visit having driven past thousands of times.We were greeted by the barman who explained our table was short of a chair so took our drinks order.The team then arranged another table, cleaned it and then showed us where this was.Once seated Max then brought across our menus and allowed us time to make decisions. Max displayed good product knowledge throughout and he ran the floor in a composed, cheery manner keeping everyone served with drinks and food.The meal was excellent, the choice of drinks was excellent, and the pub atmosphere was also excellent. Will we back - for sure.A great pub in Shottery, with great staff. Well done.

Had the most amazing Sunday lunch here today. A party of 9 ladies. Everyone was helpful and polite and the food was absolutely gorgeous. My lamb shank melted in the mouth Thanks to Max for serving us so well. Will definitely visit again if in the area.

Great pub grub - I had the fish and chips and it was piping hot and my wife had the hunters chicken which she said was very tasty too. Decor and cleanliness was excellent so overall a very enjoyable experience.

A big shout out to Max who looked after us so we’ll on Friday, thank you Max! The food was superb, the service exceptional and the atmosphere friendly, would high recommend. Also my thanks to the manager Sam for ensuring we were well looked after. We’ll done The Bell!!

Visited without a booking and were found a table right away. The service was great, we initially only stopped for a drink however on seeing other peoples meals decided to stop longer for lunch. We all thoroughly enjoyed the food, great value. A very worthwhile stop between the city centre and Anne Hathaways cottage

Stumbled upon this place while exploring on a mini break. Typical Greene King style menu, food was cooked and presented well. All the staff were polite and chatty and very welcoming, without being overbearing. We felt at home and relaxed immediately. Would definitely come back if ever in the area again. Treated ourselves to a sharing dessert platter..WOW! Don't think we'll eat for a week now!!😍
