The Butchers' Social in Stratford-on-Avon

Rosie (one of the managers is highly unprofessional and rude) she should not be in charge of staff. Josh one of the more senior managers is fantastic and will make sure your stay and dinner will be a great experience. Try to avoid Abbie one of the bar staff as she has a bad attitude along with her sister Katie also one of the staff here. Due the some terrible and unprofessional service I have recently received, I have been a loyal and great customer for over 5 months and I am now being treated terribly.

Our group last visited earlier this year and the Chef and Andy and his team looked after us exceptionally well, and we promised we would return.We wish we hadn't booked on Andy's day off...Initially, our server managed our needs very well with pre lunch drinks, but then everything fell apart when our group of 10 were shown to our table.It was 20 minutes for our wine to be served and a full half an hour for our simple lunch order to be delivered to our table-We will look elsewhere next time...

Food and service was excellent would recommend

Came here for dinner and thought it was delicious! I had the lasagna for starter and a plaice for main. Really well cooked and full of flavour. Would recommend.

Fantastic service, our waitress was wonderful. Sunday roast was amazing! We also had the wings to start which were perfection.. Cant recommended highly enough. Will be going back very soon!

Four of us went here for Sunday lunch on recommendation and we were not disappointed. I had the roast beef. It was served medium rare; oh so tasty. The vegetables were an added bonus, cooked to perfection. For sweet I had Matcha rice pudding and ice cream a pure delight.All four of us loved the food.The staff were young, very polite and smartly dressed. The ambience was relaxed, a real pleasure.I thoroughly recommend The Butchers Social and hope to return again. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT LUNCH.

Great service and quality food. But I noticed other diners lamb dish differed to mine. As the photo shows mine was missing somethingon top of the lamb. Also the desert lacked any flair in its presentation. Minor points but considering the prices..But other than that it was a great experience and are eager to return.

Wonderful experience, so pleased The Butcher's Social have moved to Dorridge and are part of The Forest Hotel too. A great cheeky stop off after work from the train station. Amazing for evening dining and drinks. Mike, Dan and the team always make me feel welcome. Can't wait for the Summer!

Go on, have a butcher’s. This top end fine dining pub, located in the picturesque town of Henley in Arden is a must visit. Staff are beautiful, warm, relaxed and flexible.The front of the pub feels just like a pub should, there’s a bar, stools, beer, but what is this... The lounge to the right is decorated with animal bone busts and comfy chairs. Walk down the corridor to the restaurant and prepare to be wowed by the ornate golden ball centre piece. Look out the window and take in the extensive landscaped garden.I haven’t finished yet... then there is the service: perceptive, helpful, warm and down to earth. What haven’t I mentioned? Oh yeah, the food. Be prepared for some of the best pub food in the Midlands. The food is a collection of earthy culinary masterpieces. Each dish is elegantly arranged, the flavours complementary and the textures befitting best of breed.

Absolutely can not fault the food and service. Really enjoyed our experience and will defiantly be returning back soon. My mother is a very fussy eater, only because she’s a great cook herself and it ticked all her boxes! Thank you everyone. See you soon
