What a brilliant relaunch night last night.Elin and Gilbert (the management team) made me feel welcome. The beer was spot on . The pub was spotless. The locals made me welcome and I will be back for more good times. Elin said that food was coming soon and if the food quality matches the beer quality then I might just have found a new happy place and some new friends to share it with.

Really nice cosy old Hook Norton village pub in the Cotswolds with exposed beams' large fire and garden with outside seating. The new hosts, who have been in place for only a few weeks, are very friendly and welcoming and are working hard to bring the pub back. Consequently the kitchen was not operating at time of writing, but should be soon. Kids and dogs are welcome, well worth a visit.

Stopped here for a mid walk drink, the new landlord was friendly and welcoming. Great local beers available, big garden & dog friendly.

An excellent lunchtime meal and a very warm welcome. Unfortunately the current tenant is leaving soon due to the generous manner in which the brewery is treating them. Do I need to say more?

So popular it had no chicken left, which was a shame. The service was superb and genuine! Recommended for sure!

Beautiful country pub. Very friendly welcoming staff. The food was amazing great choice from the carvery all served up by a great chef and all very well presented. Great choice of local ales. In all a very nice experience in a cosy welcoming pub. Will definitely be making it a regular place for me and my wife to visit.

Great little village pub with local beers, staff are really freindly and welcoming. Beer is kept well and the food is really good and belt buster portions too.If it's a good enough pub to keep the locals coming in, then it's more than good enough for me. But I will say one of the warmest welcomes was from the pub dog, real likable character 😊
