Been there second time, staff (every single person on that day 14.02) was so lovely.Food fresh and delicious.Interior cosy and stylish - feels like the place is looked after.Definitely recommend. + convenient parking at the rear.

Lovely, welcoming pub with open fire. Dog friendly which is rare now days. But fantastic to see. Lovely outside seating area. Plenty of parking. Food was very well presented though a little on the small side which was the only down side I found. Staff/owners was all very pleasant. I defiantly would visit again

Had not been here for many, many years. So glad we went - lovely food and beautiful inside. Parked ourselves by the fire and it was a rare treat. Food beautifully presented and tasty but not especially warm. When am next in the area will certainly pop in for a bite to eat.

Food we had very tasty. Unfortunately and considering it was only 7.30 pm when we ordered we were advised our shared starter wasn't available and just before we were expecting our main course my wife was advised that they had no lamb left. An alternative was found but just a shame we had so much trouble

Second visit. Staff are friendly and attentive. Clean and cosy inside with a real fire in lounge. Food is lovely, had a roast dinner each visit, beef was delicious and pink, everything cooked well. Highly recommend

Always a fantastic place to eat.- Their food menu is always fantastic, varied and reasonably-priced- The drink menu also has loads of variety, including a great gin selection and many fine beers in draft, too- The food is always consistently great and is made using high quality ingredients- I recently really enjoyed the spicy beef salad and the lamb is exquisite, also- You can't go wrong with where you sit - the ambience is fantastic at all times of the year- The staff are brilliant. They really care, are knowledgeable and attentive. In fact the team just keeps getting better and betterI'd highly recommend visiting.

Absolutely fantastic pub, quality food (non chain feeling) and very friendly service. Had the burger, Katsu curry and waffles - all amazing. Will be back!!
