Went for the first time with a couple of friends on an evening, there was some live music on which was nice to listen to. Really nice environment and the food is lovely. Will certainly be back!

Cosy pub on our way to Stratford, stopped for lunch. Food was all excellent, can recommend the beef lasagne. Staff were friendly and helpful, place is charming

·

Really nice place plenty of inside and outside space, with facilities for different weathers.Staff were friendly and welcoming.Well kept and clean.Menu looks good reasonable prices and choice, just drinks this time though. Will be popping in again.

Staff and service fabulous. Food excellent but sneaky extra charge for peas with the fish & chips. Soft drinks are overpriced £3.60 for large coke that costs the brewery about 20p.

We recently had a family wedding reception at the Nags and it was absolutely stunning. The outdoor canopy was the perfect place to host the reception, it was so beautifully decorated and the owners went above and beyond to make the day special and memorable! The food was beautiful and freshly made, the drinks were great, and the staff were wonderful! Couldn’t recommend the Nags Head more!!!!

Passed through the garden yesterday and I'm not sure what was happening but it felt like a festival. Live music, stalls of food and everyone was having a good time. Not sure if this is a normal weekend thing or if I crashed an event but either way it was fun 😂

Lovely gardens and building... we all enjoyed our food there. The staff were very attentive and pleasant

We booked a pod because we didn't want to rely on the weather, however, it was a warm sunny day for our family of 4. The pod had windows you could zip open and we had the entrance peeled back too so it was ventilated. It was beautifully furnished with a cosy sofa and 2 chairs, plush rugs, lovely tables and flower arrangements. Also a heater and a sound pod available so you could plug your own music in. The food was lovely, a mistake in the order was rectified adequately and all in all it was a lovely experience!

A local we found whilst on staycation, they do homecooked food so limited menu as expected. Quite a large beer garden. The sticky toffee pudding was out of this WORLD ☺️

Had a good time at The Nags Head. Came here on a Sunday after a walk around the area. The place was very traveller friendly. There is a bar and a restaurant side to eat at. We choose the bar side, which was lively with the rugby on. Sitting in the front room felt homely with the open fire burning and I could still see the rugby from where I was sitting. I addition to a Sunday lunch, they did some classic pub favourites and sandwiches also. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our meals didn't take long to arrive. The portions were a good size and my sandwich was generously filled also. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
