Good. Pleasant surprise to have a Sainsburys on site with an excellent Butcher. Saved a stop off on way home for us which had been planned. Staff pleasant too

My husband and I brought our 2yr old to the Peter Rabbit Easter breakfast at Stratford Dobbies this morning. It was a very well organised event and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. My daughter is a bundle of energy and they immediately told me not to worry when she started running round and not wanting to sit down. The staff member who played Mr McGregor was brilliant throughout, and especially with my daughter during breakfast. It was an 'eggcellent' morning and my daughter was 'hopping' with joy throughout. Thank you so much Dobbies and wishing you all a very Happy Easter 🐣.

Really impressive garden centre with large indoor and outdoor section, including plants, pet accessories and garden furniture etc. They also have a small selection of tropical plants and larger cactuses. Cafe on-site but haven't eaten there, kids play area and a Sainsbury's section + butchers. Prices looked reasonable.

This cafe always used to be great....plenty of selection, good coffee and fairly good service. The service is still pretty good, but there is a distinct shortage in choice of food available. I'm aware there are shortages everywhere, staff and food, but to not serve the less expensive choices is not a good marketing decision. Whilst we were there a neighbouring table of 6 we're disappointed due to no toasted sandwiches being available, and the signage telling people this was small and easily missed. Personally I chose a scone as I didn't want a full meal. Family members that were with me also said there have been occasions where there has been no chef, so no food. They still use the cafe as it's easy for my grandmother to get around with her Walker. The garden centre itself has changed a great deal. There is now a Sainsbury's concession, which is great for some quick essentials, but sadly is not what you expect from a garden centre.

Visited for the first time at this Dobbies for an afternoon tea to celebrate Mother's Day. Very friendly staff. Food was lovely. Has a small Sainsburys section. Great outdoor area with huge amount of plants to choose from. Plus when you've finished here, you can visit National Trust Charlecote Park less than 10 minutes away, which has a deer sanctuary! Lovely day out.

Lovely place. Has a huge cafe with an outside area. The shop is well laid out and it even had a sainsbury's. We were in a bit in a bit if a rush but will be visiting again. Had fish and chips and my wife had the mac and cheese. Portion size was good. They were running on a restricted menu due to staff shortages which meant a wait on food but no one seemed to mind that. People tend to understand when the situation is told to them.

Lovely staff, helpful even though they were very busy. Good fish & chips served nice & hot. Excellent customer service & a friendly manager who was a good organiser & helped out behind the counter when they were short staffed. Mandy was particularly helpful x

The restaurant lost our food order staff were apologetic but not owing up to their error waites 46 minutes after other tables were served in half the time worse still no one checked why we were sat there with empty table aside from our cutlery. I think we would have been sat until closing If we had not realised a table seated 20 minutes after us were well and truly tucking into their lunch. Fish was large but mostly greasy batter

It was my Birthday so we went to the cafe for my Birthday treat- lovely cakes + coffee + staff were so busy- no breakfast tho as they were short staffed. We love the statues -My Daughter bought the Dragon one for me!

First time there and I bought a lovely selection of pansies and impatients that seem to be lasting. Good quality flowers. Lovely garden centre and managers specials are good too. Have a great cafe there, spotless and very inviting. I have now got membership and look forward to getting into my gardening now.
