Asda in Tamworth

What is the point of a phone number for the store if as a customer you can't connect to the store you just get the automated jargon. Pointless

Very disappointed to see that Ventura Park Asda no longer has changing rooms. I bought a dress which didn't fit so had to return it to exchange which is an hours round trip. Being unable to try on before I buy is very often the difference between buying or not buying.

Very angry indeed some ready meals damaged while still in the crates and I had to hand them back to the driver for a refund but also after going to have a meal for two while we are self isolating the item was smashed to pieces in the plastic bag it comes in, rendering it completely useless . Asda need to sort this out as people who are self isolating can't go out to the shops or takeaways and rely on there service they are supposed to be providing .

Not open 24 hours. I went on my way to work 6.40 this morning (Friday 18 February 22) and the doors were locked.

Handy, good parking, nicely presented store pricing needs lowering across the complete range of products, more notice needs to be taken of products that sell out quickly and more of those products need to be supplied and put onto the shelves and management need to take note of reviews like this one if they genuinely want to out compete with local and national competition

Went to the lottery scratchcard/ciggerate counter, 9.45pm tonight, a lady behind the counter ignored us for 5 minutes as if we were not there, she finally served us with a grumpy face, bought some ciggerates and chocolate, them asked for a scratch card and she refused as she told us it was closed...by now it was 9.55 pm... I asked if she was sure the lottery scratchcards were closed as it seemed strange, the lady then moaned that she has been working 10 hours straight and she closed it at 9.45pm.....i understand that its tough in retail at Xmas... But this lady needs to step aside for people who would be happy to have a paid job in her place

Great range of products and usually I'm able to find what I need. Only time I ever struggle is in summer for BBQ stuff which understandably runs out fast.Their own brand water filters (Maxtra compatible) seem pretty good for the price.

Not bad, needs more staff to stay on top of cleaning between customers in cafe.Store itself is nice, large and carries a very good stock.Games and film section better than most other brands of supermarket.

Kids Eat Free during December at Asda Café. Probably spent more time in Asda than anywhere else on Ventura. They really do save you money every day. Check out the takeaway pizza. Petrol is always cheapest in town. I worked as a Christmas temp here a few years ago and really loved it! Hard work though. I have also worked for Asda as a personal shopping delivery driver and can recommend the Click and Collect service for groceries

Good big shopping mall , big fruit bar , great Polska food corner, hot and warm pizza service bar , many Joghurts and desserts shelves
