Order should have arrived 2 hours ago. No-one answers the phone and no messages can be left.

Ordered through just eat for delivery waited 2 hours and no food arrived so went to shop to find out its called something different to what it says on just eat then just eat said food was delivered whilst I was in the shop which it wasn't staff said that it was out for delivery even though they couldn't say how long would be told them to cancel order to which they tried saying we will give you free bottle of pop I had my child at home hungry and waiting for food so told them to cancel and refund it will never use again staff were not helpful in anyway at all and didn't communicate with me in anyway at all just said they were busy wouldn't of minded this if they had communicated with me whilst waiting for order

I ordered 2 Singapore chow meins via Uber eats. We were really looking forward to it but when it arrived, it was just a box of cold, very dry noodles. No meat, prawns or onions etc., just a couple of beansprouts.I tried to complain to Uber eats, but there is nowhere to complain. So I phoned the restaurant.... No reply! It went in the bin and was put down to experience. I will never use either again!

Food took nearly 2 hours to come but it is England match day, so probably busy. Food was very nice and fresh when it did arrive. Worth the wait.

after reading the reviews i was quite worried. i had already ordered and could not cancel. but so glad i couldn't because this food is delicious! the reviews are totally misleading. the food got here quick! the service was fast! however, chow mien was a little cold but nothing a microwave cant fix. the chips were perfect and a very large proportion too. :)

Food took over 90 mins to be delivered (25 mins more than amended estimate). I called the restaurant for an update and phone was not answered nor was there a voicemail facility. Reported though deliveroo and they couldnt get hold of the restaurant either.When the food arrived, everything was tepid at best. Singapore rice overcooked, dry and flavourless. Chicken curry stodgy and jar like flavors. Chicken balls overcooked. Chips were soggy and cooked in old oil. Called restaurant to complain and ask them to collect food and refund. No reply..... surprise. Reported through deliveroo instead. Never again. All went in the bin.

Walked in, while dodging the wires hanging down from the ceiling (looked like new lights were being installed, but seriously think this should be done when they are closed). Waited for 5 minutes for any acknowledgement, yet alone service, from the staff even though I was only customer there. After 5 minutes of no service at all, gave up, walked out out and bought my food elsewhere. Judging by the other reviews, I think I dodged a bullet. Never going there again.

DISGUSTING DO NOT EAT HEREI am absolutely disgusted with the quality of food, there was hairs in the food, the chicken was dry and burnt and made everyone feel ill afterwards. The quantity of food is also appalling I ordered vegetable spring rolls and only received 3 and for the price i paid that just isn't acceptable. By far the worst Chinese I have ever tasted and will never be eating here again.

Tried on two occasions using deliveroo, both orders took over two hours, even though the estimated time for delivery was 1 hour. I may have been a fool for trying again but I like to give places benefit of the doubt. One of the biggest problems was that they didn’t even answer their phone after over 10 calls on the second occasion so I couldn’t even get an update. I’m sure you can imagine after a two hour wait the food was also very cold and somehow managed to burn wontons? Definitely will not be using again and not sure why the sites like deliveroo have these on their site if they can’t even get hold of them either when customers are not satisfied. Good luck with anyone that wishes to try this takeaway!

Delivery is slow BUT it was really nice when it turned up. Tried as was a special offer and will be going back again. Portion size was good and diddnt have the typical overpowering sauces.
