Eleganto Pizza in Tamworth

As a vegan and a professional chef, I know the importance of good practice regarding hygiene in a kitchen environment.Seeing kitchen staff just wiping their hands between handling ingredients especially when some of those ingredients are meat and cheese and especially when I have just eaten what can only now be described as a contaminated sloppy "vegan", my disappointment knows no bounds and I certainly will never eat at this branch again.When handling meat and dairy, hands must ALWAYS be washed in between and I am disgusted at the practices I have seen upon my visit today.Well done, I'll also be in touch with a local EHO

Ordered on deliveroo, order initially said 30-45 kins to deliver, pushed back over and over for an hour and a half and eventually fraudulently claimed it was delivered when it hadn't been, no attempt to contact me either. Even if it was cancelled would be one thing but such shifty behaviour shows some scumbag is working there

A lot of money for a pizza but it was delicious! Great service and friendly staff. However they don’t have mayonnaise and charge 50p for a little pot of any other sauce.

Fast service, good atmosphere, waiter was friendly and chatty! Our margarita pizza to share was very basic in flavour but the Dolcetti desserts were so good!

A great experience, the staff are very friendly and very accommodating. Very clean and tidy inside and out. Highly recommended.

Into Pizza Express for tea and had calamari for starter and then the Romana Pollo Italiano Pizza and both were fantastic and I will definitely go back and we’ll worth visit. Well done chef.

Love the new items on the menu - finally a BBQ pizza 😁. Waitress was lovely but they appeared to be short staffed, and she looked like she was having to cover too many tables. There was a member of staff who didn't appear to do much, which is quite disappointing when the others were busy

I thought the topping was sparse. Very little cheese, ham and mushrooms. The dough was nice enough. Just a bit disappointing. Staff friendly and the aubergine dish was nice so I gave it a 3 rather than a 1. I won't be going again. Not value for money. The photo probably looks better than it was.
