Well, fish and chips and a pint of Leffe because i'm needing a cool drink. The pub was clean and tidy on the inside with plenty of space and a conservatory area up top. orderded food and drinks. Staff were on top with doing the rolls of which they are required. Meals were great, which they are always. would I visit again, sure.Parking is free on Sunday so there's no excuse to not take your friends out in Tamworth.

Nice big light and airy place, and even when busy, not clostrophobic.Service is good. Our preferred local Wethies over Lichfield branch(to small, they missed a trick, should have bought the old cinema, which is now horrible flats!)

Nice big typical Wetherspoons, cheap and cheerful. We had a lovely tasty breakfast here can't complain in a nice big spacious pub.

Unfortunately I'm unable to recommend this place due to the unprofessional and rudeness of the manager. The food was lovely and delivered in a timely manner; although, I ordered a raspberry lemonade which I thought was raspberry lemonade. It was off or just plain disgusting. It was a blend of vinegar with a hint of raspberry. We were told to speak to the manager to change the drink. The manager refused to change it stating that was what I ordered! If you like rude people then enjoy. 😉

Great place to enjoy a couple of drinks and a biteNice and spacey clean andv tidy, no dark corners, plenty of seating too, for someone like myself its very important.Clean spacious area outside clean and tidy plenty of seating too.Friendly staff intuitive to a customers requirements, who listen, for myself thats so gratifying due my mental illness that gives a level of understanding which is so important to any customer in fact.I like to drink out of a jug which they had to my delight, even decanting the drink Already pulied into it without any drama with a smile.Toilets although a little difficult to access for myself (stairs) very well kept, floors clean, with a nice odor.Basins and taps all modern totally clean, whomever looks after the facilities are very conscientious as are all the staff.I highly recommend witherspoons to anyone passing.

Always a point of call when I'm in Tamworth. What can you say? Cheap beer, decent food, hardworking staff and always busy so it must be good. Yes it suffers sometimes from the odd few who don't know when they've had enough but that's what makes it a 'Spoons.

The food was okay but was very disappointed with the piece of steak on the mix grill and the dried out piece of pork.

Absolutely awful. I went in for food and asked for the burger, only to be told they had no burgers. So, I asked for fish 'n chips and was told they had no fish. I asked if they had anything and was told they had scampi and an all day brunch, so I ordered the brunch and a fizzy orange. The orange was all water with very little orange. To make matters worse, there was a drunken chav sitting nearby arguing loudly on his phone with his girlfriend. When he returned from the toilet to find that an old man had taken his table, he decided to move closer to me, clearing his throat constantly. That was the last straw. I asked for a full refund and left. If I could give this dive zero stars I would. The manager should be sacked.

It's been a while since I used this Spoons. Pleasant service and a clean interiorTakeaway coffee for under a £1! Much better value for money than the High Street coffee brands. No alcohol on this visit, but may pop back.
