KFC in Tamworth

Absolute loved this retail park. It sure is one of the best if not THE best in West midlandsWe went in the kfc for dinner and for once the order was 100% nothing missing, all red hit, served with smile, clean areas and tables staff was keeping on top of the cleanliness really good.

It was a nice atmosphere. Polite staff and service was good. Unfortunately for me hair was found in my food. I took it back to a staff member. I was given a fresh order straight away. Thank you for your prompt attention.

Well, they don’t get my order mixed up like McDonald’s so that’s a plus. Staff seem a bit lost- or not trained. If you want quick food, don’t come here on a Friday night. You’ll be waiting 45+ mins whether in drivethru or pickup. Also, when walking inside, the place is mostly packed with deliver drivers waiting for orders or playing cards..other than that, the food is average

Love the food but because they don’t serve normal Coca Cola or Pepsi puts me off from getting food there

Drive thru queue was insane and regularly is. Parked and went in and got food a lot quicker than the drive thru queue. The inside ordering machines had run out receipt paper as well, which caused confusion for order collection point.Food was good and fresh though.

Cant help but wondering if the 6 staff occupying the 1 til chatting about the recent conquests actually came from behind and seen the absolute mess that is the toilets and shop floor. Food hygiene is clearly something not taught as the lovely lady after her dump didnt wash her hands sadly dont think ill be returning.

Came back to change my review and lower stars given since their performance has been over shadowed by a visit to a KFC which actually has all menu items available to purchase.Pretty poor performance all round from Tamworth branch

Had two parking tickets after consecutive weeks when visiting with friends. Great shopping area shame only one hour parking. £120.00 fine possible reason to avoid when includes 20min wait for your food.

Ordered a boneless dipping feast through uber eats as I have a real phobia about bones and was sent a bucket of bone in chicken!I really can't pick around bones which is why I order a boneless feast in the first place, after a hard week at work our little treat of not cooking ended up a joke as Ive payed £30 for chips and dips as the chicken went in the bin!Customer service at uber eats have been rubbish, no one seems to care? How can i escalate this issue?A real disappointment KFC, won't be ordering again as I've lost confidence in you as a company, be careful people as you can be sent items you haven't ordered or a completely different order in my case with no care given by KFCFast food shouldn't mean picking your pockets

Did not know what I wanted to share with a 3year old so i asked the girl who was serving me for some help her name was Georgia what a nice plesent helpful girl a credit to KFC on the down side I ended up with chicken fillets but found them very peppery and salty as a regular KFC eater l was very surprised by this as I have never tasted a meal like this before could be a bad mix ? Service great meal so so
