Little Dessert Shop Tamworth in Tamworth

As always the food was amazing and the staff offered friendly service. I am a regular here but brought my in-laws. They have said they will definitely be back. We all had something different and all loved what we had! I’ll be back soon and definitely recommend the place to everyone.

The dessert crepes , waffles and drinks portions are really big and tastes excellent , great value price aswell. Staffs are friendly, helpful and polite. Loves going here often .

Wow!I love cake! And this place has it all. Great menu, something to suit everyone. Friendly staff, clean and you can take away. Portions are enough to have a little left for later.Gonna have to come back to try the milkshakes! 🥞 🍪🍩🍰☕️🥤😋

We had the “truely yours” pancakes which were so nice! Staff were friendly and place was nice and clean.

Me and my other half have eaten here many times and it’s always been perfect, the staff are lovely and welcoming, especially Barbara. They offer a huge range of desserts and their vegan menu is amazing too offering waffles, pancakes brownies and loads more. 10/10 would definitely recommend!! Lovely cosy atmosphere too!!

Cake was inedible, dry, crunchy and hard. Woman on the phone said it was fine and that she “put [her] finger in it”.. not sure why you’d put your finger in people’s food??! Her best solution was to contact just eat to get a refund.I’m no business owner but if someone rang up and complained to be about something like this I would be mortified and would’ve sent out a replacement. Poor attitude from an average desert shop in truth from past experiences; will not be using again as this has experience has taken the cake (no pun intended).

Food was nice - especially the ice cream and service was friendly but disappointed by the advertising not matching the result. Ordered the "choc bar" topping which looked like a pot full of ferrero rochers, but got offered a bueno bar! When I complained it wasn't what's in the photo I got my dessert with ONE ferrero. Having a laugh I think. Also why is it so cold in there, no heating, had to keep coats on!Added: a month later and I have had no reply from the complaints procedure or the local outlet. What's the point of having a system if nothing happens? Reducing my score

Visited here twice during 4 days trip in Tamworth. The desserts and drinks are really nice and big portions. The staffs are friendly even give us complimentary.

Been twice in the past 3 daysGreat desserts & amazing caramel latte.Kids had pancakes, adults had waffles. Sundaes are my favourite.Service polite & decor very tasteful
