McDonald's in Tamworth

Super clean, fast service and hot food. What more could you ask for. Oh yes..... They had Very friendly staff too.

Charming and really pleasant young lady took my order and payment. A cheery smile to customers should be the norm to brighten and lighten the mood for all.

Food was nice and hot. Table service in good time. Clean and tidy. Helpful and friendly service

I genuinely dont know why i bother driving here. You can guarentee they will always have a huge queue leading out onto venturas car park, no matter what time of day it is. "Fast food"? No idea whats fast about it...

It's always a bit too busy.I wouldn't choose to eat inside due to the high numbers of Uber eats/ Just eat drivers cluttering up the place. So for me it's not a restaurant anymore.As a drive thru, it's pretty decent.I also rate the click and collect. Seems efficient.Last burger I had was dry but that happens sometimes.

We ordered meal via Uber Eats tonight, arrived Stone cold and went straight in the bin.Be aware when ordering from Ventura McDonald's, they allow Uber Eats drivers to take more than one order at once!! We have had this confirmed by a member of staff. Also when we told the driver the food was cold he just said it was McDonald's fault!!What with now both delivery charge and service charge totalling over £5+ this is poor service McDonald's!!

If you want your food cold, wrong, delivered late, then this is the place for you. Awful food, awful prices, awful service. I came here for the first time in about 4 years because I vowed never to come again but in a moment big weakness, i did. Came for the the breakfast and was told there were no eggs for a sausage and egg muffin. I asked if it was stil the same price and they said yes 🤨... I asked if i could have an extra hash brown if i couldn't have an egg, considering it was the same price.... They said no. I just drove off.Whenever the wife goes with the kids, the milkshake machine is never working which also means no ice cream but apparently its because they can never be bothered to clean the machine which doesn't surprise me.Food is always cold if it's the right order at all. It's just the absolute dog hole of a place to eat.

I have just been fined £50 for overstaying on this restaurants car park. Appealing was a waste if time !!!I was inside the restaurant purchasing their products throughout the time I used the car park. Their internal video will confirm this.I accept there is signage which I guess is to deter non patrons from using this car park.No staff approached us suggesting we had been in there too long, why would they we were still buying their products !!!I will no longer use this company anywhere in the UK and that will amount to more than £50 in lost revenue to them quite quickly.Very disappointing!

Food delivered via Uber Eats. Chips cold and rubbery, nuggets, festive stack and McChicken Sandwich luke warm, hot drink barely luke warm and milkshakes warm and melted. Disgusted both this time and last. Food awful worst McDonalds experience ever

Really don't like dining here anymore. McDonald's has always been a family oriented restaurant, walking in with my daughter and constant "gangs" of delivery drivers hanging around. There must be a better solution.....
