Mcdonald's Restaurants in Tamworth

Cheerful service but disappointing food. Cheeseburgers loosely constructed and chicken burgers fairly tasteless. Very busy site, with lots of delivery guys coming and going so drive in slow.

Food was good and served quickly, however poor customer service at till and whilst being handed the food by a team member called amber. Not ideal

Tamworth ventura McDonald's after ordering at drive through i get home on multiple occasions to find nuggets missing fron order fries missing plus cold food, i try to check order but when you're in a rush and In a drive through you want to get gone, I've phoned them up when home to see what they could do only to be told to drive all the way back, sort of defeats the purpose, as they can't do any sort of credit note or return money to card! No help what so ever can't beat a cold burger too yummy that's when you get one that is.

It's maccas so you know what your gonna get.Service was good. Food was as expected.The fries were fresh and hot so bonus.Coffee was good. Millionaire Donut is really good with a cappuccino.I'm happy.

Food is dry at times over cooked nearly always cold but i still buy from there 🤦‍♀️wot infuriates me is u never get the dip unless it’s chilli which is to hot for the childrenno toy in the happy meal.occasionally u don’t get straws & u never get napkins.I paid for priority delivery that was a waste of timeI won’t be paying for that again. Overall i believe that place needs a new manager & also i would recommend u employ staff that can cook.

Don’t normally review McDonald’s but I feel they need credit at this store as they are always cleaning food is alway hot and staff are friendly and make us feel welcome with our son.

My first visit to this place, it will be my last, the double cheeseburger was tasteless and nothing like portrayed on the picture, not very warm either, I'm quite aware this is a fast service eatery but surely you can do better than this

Ordered through Just Eat, meals came without chips (2 large meals and a happy meal plus 2 extra order of chips) so we ended up with drinks and burgers. I rang up and spoke to a lovely woman who was extremely apologetic and asked if I could drive up to have them fix the error. Not ideal really as I ordered it through Just Eat so I didn't have to leave the house but as she was so polite I agreed to drive up with the food that was given to me by the driver. Once there, they were ready waiting for me, took the old food, created a new order and added on 3 large mcflurries as a goodwill gesture which I was very grateful for. It only took a few minutes for them to fill the order, and I thanked them again for helping fix the problem and she thanked me for coming up to the restaurant. I've had a few problems with Just Eat orders and they never seem to care to fix, just sent you a blanket email saying sorry they'll try harder, but the people at the Wilnecote McDonalds in Tamworth are extremely helpful and very polite. The restaurant was very clean and everyone seemed happy that worked there. Big old 5 stars from me :)

This is a decent clean restaurant and the service was quick to be honest. The food presentation was a bit poor to be honest, my burger looked like it was thrown together from opposite ends of the room

Great place for a meal. You can get the same menu as every other McDonalds restaurant offers. Its not too busy usually, the car parking is free, toilet is free of charge. Drive trough available, however it is sometimes busy. Overall positive experince.
