Monsoon in Tamworth

Best restaurant in Tamworth. Never had a bad meal. Very cheap. Service is excellent. Real authentic Bangladeshi/Indian cuisine. 10/10 can never go wrong

Lovely meal, staff were great, not too crowded but enough for a good atmosphere. They offer a meal deal every day and you take your own alcohol so the prices are good. I would recommend this restaurant.

Great food great service ....but if u do fancy an alcoholic drink you must bring its with you as the do not serve it

We haven't been back to Monsoon since before the pandemic so tonight was our first night back and it is as good as ever. We have literally never had a bad meal there. It has been redecorated and they no longer serve alcohol but that's better from our point of view because you can bring whatever you want.We had the special offer which is always fantastic value but for us, the fact that the portions are enough workout being huge is a really bonus. The dishes are incredibly tasty and freshly prepared and we will definitely be back!

Diners perhaps would want to know that the Monsoon is not licensed to sell alcohol but they were happy for us to take our own and supplied glasses. Our party enjoyed fantastic food and service. I had the two course fixed price menu of poppadoms, starter, main, rice & naan which was plentiful and very tasty at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely return

Absolutely love this restaurant. Staff are fantastic and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Never had a bad meal at monsoon either. Great value for money too

A really fantastic and authentic Indian meal, lots of choices, kids well catered for too. We asked for a spicy recommendation and was suggested to try the chili garlic chicken with Naga, it didn't disappoint and whilst really hot did not overpower the meal. The off the bone tandoori chicken was one of the best I have had anywhere.

Fantastic place! This is the best Indian restaurant I have ever been to. The quality of the food is amazing and the customer service is both welcoming, friendly and of a high standard. The price of the food and drinks are really reasonable, especially after seeing the food as I thought it would be more expensive. If you see ever in Tamworth, visit here!
