Nando's in Tamworth

One of the worst nandos I've been too.Staff were very abrupt and rude, not really caring about anything.On arrival we were sat at a dirty table and then cleaned around very quickly and not efficiently.3 out of the 5 drinks available were out of order, no clean tableware, no napkins.Food came out cold and several items were forgotten, when reminded they seemed very annoyed that you asked for the food you have paid for.Definitely will not be visiting again

They clearly prioritise their online orders against the customers sitting in the restaurant.Employees running around bumping into each other while various tables full of customers are all waiting for their food.Waiting over 1h for what should essentially be rather quick elsewhere is disappointed.

Called in for takeaway last night, it was really busy with eat in customers queuing. I have to say that the entire team was really friendly and the service was fantastic, even helped me take my order out to the car, even though they were rushed off their feet.

I’ve been here multiple times & tried most of the food options. Every time I’ve had food, it’s always underwhelming/ disappointing, due to it going cold within 5 mins & not tasting fresh. The chicken is frequently dry, the burger “buns” are hard and difficult/ messy to eat, and the broccoli actually upsets me because of how lifeless it always is… 🥦😂 Do better please

very busy. Obviously short staffed food on past going cold my food was cold .told we couldn't sit certain area than a couple walked sat in that sitting area .Long wait for food .one young girl running around doing her best. A man helpinghimself to things from behind.takeaway counter talking so loud he must be deaf .

Good food and friendly staff. I arrived when they were full without a booking, and they made an effort to find a table which was soon available.

Ate at Nando’s at Tamworth this evening and after a small mix up with our order (partially our fault with a forgotten item and a miscommunication) I have to say the team went above and beyond! The service was exceptional with staff drafted in from another restaurant we couldn’t have been better looked after. Special mention must got to Phil (I think he was the manager) you’ve restored my faith that it’s possible to care about the service you are offering even when it’s busy. Nothing was too much trouble.

went on, what i was hoping to be, a lovely date night with my Husband. As we walked in IMMEDIATLEY a staff member was in our faces asking us if we had been before, great start (not 🙄). Further into the evening we had been waiting at our table for a while with no sign of a waiter/waitress asking us for our order, NOT EVEN DRINKS!! we went up to the bar to ask about this and they told me that WE have to order at the bar and the staff don’t come to the table; I mean what kind of restaurant is this ? seriously, what are the staff doing if not waitressing ?

Went with my daughter on s Saturday afternoon. Wasn't planned so didn't book. We had to wait 20-30 minutes for a table but that was fine as it's in a retail park 😜. We had 2 x halloumi starters, chicken thighs with spicy rice & corn on the cob and butterfly chicken breast with peri chips - garlic bread. We did have quite a wait before receiving our food but it was busy & the restaurant was nice - warm. Although my daughter's love Nandos, it really is quite overpriced for what you get. Saying that I'm sure I'll be going again at some point 🙂

Delicious food. If ordering you are sent to the back of the restaurant to wait. No means of knowing when your order is ready. Collection point for orders is at the front door so feel like you are in the way at times
