Pizza hut tamworth in Tamworth

Wrong order. Don't answer phone. How difficult is it for the staff to read a name on the receipt before handing it to the driver. It's not an acceptable mistakes it's lazy beyond belief.

First thing they never answer phone.Just like to say there loss ordered elsewhere and the bill came to £128.89 and we were all very pleased with the service and food so want be wasting my time with PIZZA HUT againJust read all the reviews it’s SHOCKING how bad it is 💥DO NOT USE THIS PLACE💥

Brilliant service! We received an incorrect pizza on our delivery and after calling the branch, they sent the correct pizza within 30mins along with a free tub of Ben and Jerry's ice cream.

My friend ordered from them today 27/01/21 order says it was on the way, baring in mind we was exact 305 feet away from there shop, it took them 20 minutes to deliver it, as the driver comes around the corner in his Mazda mx2 he is picking his nose then gives him the food!!! Disgusting

Pizza looked burnt was greasy and cold my son's was the same. Also both of our starters were cold wedges soggy and uneatable and cheesy triangles just cooked Overall very disappointing and waste of hard earned cash. Tried to call and complain but no suprise nobody answered phone. Won't bother again

We get from here very frequently and we're always happy. They forget a topping occasionally but pizza is always yummy and on time. They have an option on the website to take cheese off of the pizza so is great for vegans.

Good pizza, but the pepperoni one was full of oil on the back. (It is ok if you want to fry one egg with free oil) 😁

Ordered ‘The Meaty One’... we got a cheese and onion delivered, then to wait for the correct pizza to be delivered whilst the cookie dough solidifies and the ice cream melts... told to choose between a refund and fresh food... awful service from a big chain like this if I wasn’t so hungry I would have told them to stick the fresh food where the sun doesn’t shine and ring dominoes. Gave one star as zero stars isn’t an option....
